Okay...I said the last one was it, but this is probably my last Bollywood women Hub.
No really.
I started out with Aishwarya Rai on the first Hub and and made it all the way to here.
So here is my last Bollywood actress Hub.
Unless I change my mind.
Again.
Sherlyn Chopra
Bollywood knockout Sherlyn Chopra was born on February 11, 1984 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh India.
She has appeared in ten films, and her film debut (as far as I can tell) was actually in a US movie, Beeper in 2002. She played an Indian Nanny and was credited as Mona Chopra.
Sherlyn has also released two albums, Outrageous in 2007 and Dard-e-Sherlyn in 2008.
Tanushree Dutta
Tanushree Dutta was born on March 19, 1984 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
In 2004, she won the Femina Miss India Universe title. The same year she placed ninth at the 2004 Miss Universe pageant.
She made her film debut the next year in the Bollywood film, Aashiq Banaya Aapne.
She has gone on to appear in fifteen movies, with her latest Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai, an Indian Tamil romance film coming out in 2010.
This film will also mark the debut of 2007 Miss India World winner, Sarah-Jane Dias.
Twinkle Khanna
The daughter of Bollywood actress Dimple Kapadia and award winning Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna, Twinkle Khanna was born on December 29, 1974 in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Twinkle made her film debut in the 1995 Bollywood film Barsaat. That film was also the debut of the son of another famous Bollywood star, Dharmendra, Bobby Deol.
(By the way, Bobby's half sister is another Bollywood actress, Esha Deol)
Twinkle appeared in thirteen fims before retiring in 2001.
She is now a respected interior designer and co-owner of The White Window store.
Urmila Matondkar
Urmila Matondkar was born on February 4, 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
She made her acting debut at the age of six in the 1980 Hindi film, Kalyug.
Urmila has gone on to appear in almost sixty Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu films since 1980.
She was also the host of the reality show, Waar Parriwar.
Jiah Khan
Bollywood actress Jiah Khan was born on February 20th, 1988 in New York and raised in Chelsea, London.
She was born Nafisa Khan, but she changed her first name to Jiah after seeing the Angelina Jolie movie Gia.
Jiah studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York before moving to India.
She made her film debut in the 2007 film, Nishabd which was based on the 1992 film, Poison Ivy.
She then appeared in the 2008 film Ghajini and the 2009 film Aap Ka Saaya.
Jiah's next schedualed film is Housefull set for release in 2010.
Minissha Lamba
Minissha Lamba was born on January 8, 1985 in Punjab, India.
She started out wanting to be a journalist, but started taking modeling jobs while studying.
The jobs led to commercials and appearing in Himesh Reshammiya's music video Tera Suroor.
Her film debut was in the 2005 Hindi film, Yahaan.
Since then, Minissha has gone on to appear in twelve movies,
Mahima Chaudhary
Bollywood actress and former model Mahima Chaudhary was born on September 13, 1973 in Darjeeling, West Bengal, India.
She made her film debut in the 1997 film Pardes, with Shahrukh Khan, Amrish Puri, Alok Nath and Apurva Agnihotri.
She has gone on to appear in over thirty movies, he latest being 2008's Gumnaam: The Mystery.
She is scheduled to appear in the upcoming film, Exclusion in 2010.
Antara Mali
No one seems to know when or where Antara Mali was born.
This Bollywood actress, writer and director made her film debut in the 1999 film Prema Katha.
She made ten movies, her last being Mr Ya Miss which she also wrote and directed.
Antara retired from movie making, but showed up again in the public's eye this year when she married Che Kurien, the editor of GQ magazine, in a super secret wedding ceremony that was so fast, the press didn't even know what hit them till it was over.
