By Kim Cantrell

In Flesh Collectors, author Fred Rosen recounts the tale Jeremiah Rodgers and Jon Lawrence; a pair of diagnosed psychotics who went on a thrill killing spree in the small town of Pace, Florida.

Justin Livingston had the mental capability of a 12-year-old, as well as child-like innocence and trust.

Jennifer “Jenny” Robinson was a high school senior who reluctantly accepted a date with a frequent customer to the store at which she worked.

Both would become victims in a gruesome crime of murder, mutliation, and necorphilia.

Readers of Flesh Collectors will find themselves wondering just how an American justice system can unlease a couple of a obviously criminally vicious individuals into society allowing them to kill those unfortunate enough to know them.

Fred Rosen’s account of this little known crime is full of detail and a fast-paced read.

While I may not choose it to be a top ten, I would definitely recommend adding it to your reading list.
