Good leadership is one of the very important characteristics possessed by successful organizations. A company can never survive today's competitive market if not for the efforts of its innovative leaders. Organizational tasks will not be implemented properly if there is no one that's capable of setting guidelines in doing so. Obstacles cannot be met and overcome without having effective leadership in an organization.

As we go to school our teachers have thought as certain values that we can apply to become good leaders. Then comes leadership trainings and workshops that broadens our knowledge in proper leadership, applying the different applications in management and leadership science to our own organization.
