Then you need to help others to do the same thing in order to produce the utmost in products and services through outstanding customer service and human employee treatment. Being a leader is a role of stewardship, not "telling other people what to do."

The book includes questions to think about at the end of each chapter. Insights are profound, but applicable to daily life in a practical way. The author talks about Jesus and his successful team approach and strategic planning style as well as his habit of helping others, staying in constant contact with the Boss and always setting an example by modeling the lessons and work he wanted others to learn and perform.
