The Bowflex Extreme 2 has improved on a couple of points in comparison with the Bowflex Extreme. The main points of improvement are the following; the lat tower adjusts to two positions, with the aquat frame that is longer then on the Extreme it gives you 4 adjustable positions. One of the biggest changes for the Bowflex Extreme 2 is that you never have to change the cables between exercises. This is a huge improvement and the biggest reason for people to buy the Bowflex Extreme 2. It's just quicker and easier to exercise. The Bowflex Xtreme 2 allows you to do up to 70 exercises, an improvement of 5 exercises. Also a big change is the ab crunch shoulder harness that is included with the Xtreme 2. A adjustable seat that is designed to sit ergonomically helps you doing more and easier workouts.You could see the Bowflex Extreme 2 has improved on several important points that make it very nice to have. It is really an even better version of the Bowflex Extreme.

Like the Bowflex Extreme it has 210 lbs (95 kg.) Power Rod Resistance available. It is possible to upgrade it to 310 lbs (140 kg.) or 410 lbs (186 kg.).

A home gym that everybody on the world likes is the same thing as believing in finding a pot of gold where a rainbow touches the ground, it just is never going to happen. I bought it on Amazon.com and am enjoying it since. Because i work out a lot i upgraded it to the full 410 lbs. and that works great for me. Overall it was an good deal and in my opinion the best in his class!
