Bowflex Revolution
The Bowflex Revolution is the big brother of the Revolution XP and is perfect for the total body workout. People who want to purchase this home gym at Bowflex need to pay $2,999 or $45 a month. The Bowlex Revolution is a lot more expensive the the Revolution XP, is it worth it's money? Lets take a look at it's features:
- The Spiraflex Resistance Technology; the Bowflex Revolution comes with a 220 lbs. (100 kg) standard resistance. It is upgradeable to 300 lbs. (136 kg) Extra costs $99. Upgradeable to 600 lbs. (272 kg) for lower body results.
- Over 100 exercises come with the Bowflex Revolution, with these 100 exercises you can make up to 400 variations.
- Preacher Curl Attachment for strong biceps.
- Freedom Arms; especially designed for the upper body workout, the freedom arms have a 170 angle and are adjustable.
- 5 Position Foot Harness; improvement in comparison with the XP.

- Built-in rowing machine; for calorie-burning, cardiovascular warm-up and cool-down.
- Leg Press Plate; for a good lower body workout.

The Bowflex Revolution does not have the ab back pad, squat harness and lat tower available on this home gym. Because of it's design the Bowflex Revolution is folding to a 55" by 38" footprint what makes it ideal for people with an apartment or little space available to work out. Again the guarantee is 10 year on materials and workmanship and 10 years on weights. The maximum user weight is 300 lbs. (136 kg).

The third Bowflex Revolution Home Gym is the Revolution FT. It

Consumer Reviews
Ok, i just lay out the main features of all three Bowflex Revolution Home Gyms and my first impression is that the Revolution XP and Revolution FT are better for upper body then the Revolution. The Revolution is more the overall machine. It depends on what you want and what your goals are when looking for a good home gym. Both Bowflex Revolution Home Gyms are made high quality home gyms but it is in the customer hands to decide which one they prefer.
I searched down the internet for some good customer reviews, so you can have a good feeling about the pro's and cons of both Bowflex Revolution Home Gyms.

"When the machine was ordered the delivery was very quick, and there wasn't any backorders." By Travor B.
Revolution XP Con's:
"You'll need to invest to much time in learning how to adjust the machine and how to choose the right amount of weight." By Michael B.
