Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym

The Boxflex Revolution XP Home Gym is the newest home-gym by Bowflex. While most are not huge fan of most infomercials, I have to say it got my attention. So I decided I would order it then try it out considering guarantee it or your money back. There was not a workout that I could have got from any other home gym.

Before we begin, I have to admit, that this machine was kind of heavy - thanks to the rugged construction. The thing that makes this revolution XP so wonderful is its Spiraflex resistance high technology. The patented technology is the same as the benefits that free weights have. I can actually feel the difference hen compared to any other home gyms such as Soloflex. It also comes with 200 pounds of the resistance standard. You can also upgrade to 280 pounds if you would like. Bowflex Revolutionary XP Workout:

This machine really does have the absolute perfect name. The Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym is like having your own big gym full of weights right in your home. The only difference is that you do not have go get to the gym. It is even better then having a full gym in your home because everything is all located on one simple machine. You get a perfect full body workout in minimal time from this machine; it is perfect.

Positives:

When the machine was ordered the delivery was very quick, and there wasn't any backorders. It was a lot easier to get my hands on it then I thought. I started working out and after a few weeks I began to get very good results from the Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym. I really liked that the machine was so quiet. I have seen some of the earlier models of Bowflex Home Gyms, and that was the one thing I really didn't like about them. There is no friction with this machine and all of the movements are vey smooth.

I also liked that there was over one hundred different exercises included in with the Bowflex Revelation XP Home Gym. This was nice because when you first get this machine you don't really know where to start. There is so much to do and I have heard so much about the machine that I just wanted to get started and get to work. The machine is built excellently which it should be with the steep price. Really though, there was nothing cheap about the machine; I was impressed with the quality. There is a very good warranty on the Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym. The 10 year warranty is actually what sparked up the drive to purchase this machine. With a guarantee like that I knew it would be worth the money.

Being able to get a full body workout is the one thing that is the most attractive about any Bowflex machine. It only takes about an hour or so and you can get a workout to your entire body. After just an hour you will feel like you have been working out for half of the day. In most cases, you would take two separate days just to get a workout that takes care of almost your whole body. If you enjoy spending hours in the gym then this might not be a good machine for you. If you are one that is looking to save time, then this machine is perfect for you. Time is one of the most valuable things that one can have. Just the amount of time that you could save from this machine alone makes it all worth while. It is so easy to get a full body workout that you never have to worry about finding time to get the workout into your day. An hour before work will set your day up the right way for just about anyone. Negatives:

The machine is really big and heavy which makes it difficult to move around. That can be a problem if you need to move it from place to place. It is also hard to store if you don't have the room in your home. Other then that adjusting everything can be somewhat difficult but it just takes some getting used too. If you are going to get a home gym, this is a great option. I have never heard anything bad about the Bowflex Revolution XP. It is long lasting, and the workouts are genius.

I have to say I agree with most of your review. I have had my Bowflex Revolution XP for almost two years & have had NEARLY no problems with it and great results. The major flaw in the design of this product has to be the tension cable adjustment wheels. I found myself not wanting to make ANY adjustments to the tension wheels because the cables so easily became unravelled and jumped off the wheel track---making it necessary to remove the whole side of the machine casing to get the tension cables back into the wheel assembly. I know the manual is very specific about how this is to be done...HOWEVER, it is not as easy as they make it sound. For changing the set-up from say, upper body to legs--the tension cables need to be adjusted. I usually forgo this as EVERYTIME I try to make an adjustment, the cables get tangled and jump off the wheel. My partner is helping me fix it right now. He got one side adjusted correctly--then tried to match the tension on the other side and---BOOM! The same thing happened, and the whole other side needs to be unassembled and fixed. I am not trying to persuade anyone from buying this machine. I love it (other than this one glaring problem) Hopefully, Bowflex will fix this problem in it's future models! I wish there was someway to fix MY machine so this doesn't keep happening!!!
