If you have a career and a family finding a few spare seconds for yourself is hard enough let alone finding time to pick up your body image. Even though we don't have enough time to do this it is one of the most important things that we can do; not only for ourselves but our families as well.

I never could find the time to go to the gym, after a long day of work, making dinner and trying to find a few minutes to spend time with my family the day was long over. Any spare seconds that I had, were devoted to and extra few minutes that I could spend catching up on some well deserved sleep. Taking the time to work out had never even been an option it was too much money and way too much time. I would have never thought that purchasing a home gym would make my life so much easier.

Not only could I not find the time to work out but, finding the money to pay to work out was even more difficult. One look at a Bowflex home gym basically flew me thru the roof. This is a touchy subject because there are so many options that need to be weighed before making a final decision. After I looked at a few different home gyms and weighed by advantages and disadvantages; I discovered that purchasing a home gym would actually save me money in the long run. The fact that I would be saving time and still be able to spend time with my family while doing something for myself just seemed unreal. When I finally made the decision to purchase a home gym one look at the Bowflex Ultimate 2 and I fell in love. I decided that going for something worth the price would be the best way to go. A few different pluses to the machine include: three hundred and ten pounds of resistance, cable pulley system, lat tower, rowing machine, leg extension, curl attachment, squat station, ab crunch, and ankle cuffs. The best part about the machine is that it folds up nicely so there is still room for the kid's things. This is a very home friendly machine and it's safe for male or female.

If there were any changes that I could make to this home gym it would definitely be the price, the price range is a little farfetched. Even though the price is so high you do still get great quality and a wonderful warranty. Another issue that I disliked was the fact that there were not free weights on the machine. All weights are used with a cable system, I enjoy lifting free weights better; it all depends on the person. Being able to get a full body workout is the one thing that is the most attractive about any Bowflex machine. It only takes about an hour or so and you can get a workout to your entire body. After just an hour you will feel like you have been working out for half of the day. In most cases, you would take two separate days just to get a workout that takes care of almost your whole body. If you enjoy spending hours in the gym then this might not be a good machine for you. If you are one that is looking to save time, then this machine is perfect for you.

Time is one of the most valuable things that one can have. Just the amount of time that you could save from this machine alone makes it all worth while. It is so easy to get a full body workout that you never have to worry about finding time to get the workout into your day. An hour before work will set your day up the right way for just about anyone. Purchasing the Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gym was a great decision. This gave me more time to spend with my family and even a little time for myself. Working out everyday makes me feel more energized, better about myself and makes me feel more adequate to care for my family. Having the Bowflex Ultimate 2 right down the stairs just helps in so many different ways, I can work out whenever I want and enjoy working out any muscle groups that I want. Although there are few things that I would change, it is still an overall great machine.
