There are a lot of home gyms on the market that claim to give you a great full body workout. With a lot of these machines, comes a big promise and with that comes a big price. With what they claim to be one of their most effective machines, the XTLU is sure to give anyone a great full body workout. With this Bowflex machine the Power Rod Technology is what makes this machine stand out over most others. It is a resistance powered weight machine that is supposed to feel the same as free weights except better. The nice thing about this is that it stops the injuries that free weights can give. It is easy to have accidents and sudden moves with free weights that can cause injury. With this Bowflex Ultimate XLTU, that really is not an issue. It is also expandable for up to 410 pounds for the buffs out there. The standard however, is 310 pounds of resistance. It is a full body workout machine - there is really no better way to put it. The machine comes with a lot of tools and accessories that are used for workouts. There are bars and pulley systems that all work together at different angles to give you a full body workout. Add some hand grips, a rowing machine, a T bar and some other tools and you can see that there are endless opportunities. The size of the machine is a negative but if you think about it the size is still really small. As mentioned above, it would take 50 machines to do what this one machine does. So although the machine is pretty big and bulky, there is really nothing wrong with that. It is still small compared to what it could be, although it would be nice if it was even smaller.

The price is pretty expensive; as are all Bowflex products. If you can afford it; the price is well worth the investment. They have a lot of good financing plans as well that will make it a lot easier for anyone to invest in this product. Just the time alone that you save from working on the Bowflex XLTU is well worth the price that you pay.
