Bowflex Revolution XP
About The Bowflex Revolution XP
Since it's inception in 2007, the Bowflex Revolution XP is a total body exercise machine that offers amazing versatility and smooth movements. It packs 100 exercises and nearly 400 variations to please the most demanding fitness enthusiast. This is made possible by SpiraFlex; a patented resistance technology that uses elastic bands wrapped around a coil to create adjustable weight resistance. This allows for a smooth and controlled workout range of motion and better conditioning and control. Working out on a Revolution home gym is very simiar to using a cable machine at your gym.
Bowflex Revolution XP Features
As with any piece of exercise equipment, the Bowflex Revolution XP will not produce results if you don't put any effort into it. What this means is you need to commit to a workout regime and stick with a healthy diet. The Revolution offers the versatility and exercise variations to complelety tranform your body. Having so many options makes working out fun. Some of the features of the XP include independent moving arms, a leg press plate, lat tower attachment, squat attachment, preacher curl attachment, and training DVD.
Bowflex Revolution XP Exercises
The Revolution home gym provides you with total body control for increased muscle isolation and results. Unlike free weights, you can not cheat with your exercise movements. Doing arm curls with a dumbbell is alot different than doing it on Bowflex. This is because you can not sway your body and use momentum to your advantage. Good form goes along way in developing a quality physique. One drawback of the XP is the limited maximum weight of 280lbs. For most people this won't be a problem. However, for bodybuilders and advanced weightlifetrs who need more I woud suggest complimenting your workouts with a set of free weights. Free weights are more effctive for developing stabilizer muscles and core strength.
Bowflex Revolution Benefits
The Bowflex Revolution XP has the following benefits:
* Perfect for people who like the privacy and convenience of working out at home.
* Independent moving arms allow two people to work out at once.
* Over 100 exercises and 400 variations.
* Works with all fitness levels.
