What can I say about Bowtrol Colon Cleanse? Well, it is an older cleanse that was pretty popular, and while I had previously used it, I have since switched to the DrFloras brand of internal cleansing which is by far a better product. Don't take my word for it -- everybody thinks the same thing if they have tried both.

Do you have to cleanse your colon regularly?
Chrbar, it depends on the product you are using. People seem to be recommending a cleanse every 3 to 4 months, depending on your diet.
Bowtrol dehydrates you to the point of major headaches. Two of us started the same time, taking just 1 pill per day and we both suffered severe headaches which we tried to remedy by drinking lots of water only to find that it simply went right trough us... I suspect that this could be very dangerous. p.s.: the "money back guarantee" is only for UNOPENED bottles.
ewww... is that really poo? omg. If that ever came out of my arse, id freak out. It looks like seaweed!
