Little boys are just as sweet as little girls, and planning for a boy baby shower can be just as much fun as planning for baby girl's party. Bears, bears! How about a teddy bear shower? They are still a loved favorite, and so easy to plan around. First start out with a bear invitation for your guests. A quick search online will more than likely turn up several invitations in that theme. Purchase cuddly teddy bears in different styles, or use some that you have on hand to sit around as decorations.

Solid blue party plates, or any color that you want to use will work for the party supplies. Use that color to tie matching bows on all your bear's necks or waist. Balloons in browns and matching colors will add to the theme, as well.

Teddy bear cookies, like the one below are really cute favors for your party guests. Sold wrapped in cellophane, they can be personalized with the baby's name too. Have a "teddy bear's picnic" theme with picnic baskets and teddy bears. Fill the picnic basket with baby items for the new mom to be.

Teddy bear story books can also be used as gifts or decorations as well.

Offer gummy bears or teddy grahams as snacks, and put diapers on your stuffed bears for a super cute idea too!

Little boys and frogs will always go together. No matter how many baby shower themes come and go, frogs are just one of the top ideas that people still use over and over. I have seen it time after time, so why not? There are just so many places to buy frog items that can be used to decorate with. Frog baby shower idea for a centepiece is shown below and is perfect, if you're looking for something unique.

• Pistachio green party plates are available and are a soft baby green color
• Use plush frogs to sit around on tables
• Baby shower punch made from Sprite or 7Up and lime green sherbet
• Frog soaps purchased online and scented with baby powder make cute favors
• Frog favor tags can also be found online, and can be tied to any type of candy, cookie, or soap to make it frog themed
• Fabrics in all sorts of greens can cover tables or be draped on the sides. Don't be afraid to use prints too if you can find one with frogs
• Search for baby gifts that pertain to frogs, such as books, onesies, toys, etc.
• Frog and Toad story books would be an added baby gift for baby
• Last, you might want to purchase frog shaped mylar balloons
