Breakfast is it really the most important meal of the day?

Some say yes, some say no

Whether it was important or not I have never been one of those people who jump out of bed and start eating within a few minutes, In a few hours maybe. most days it is not until lunch time rolls around that I will even think of food.

The government tells us it is good, our parents tell us to eat breakfast, even our doctors insist a good breakfast is needed each day. But how many of us jump out of bed, grab a coffee and cigarette. If so inclined, and leave for the day?

My guess would be many of us. There is a very simple way of finding out for yourself. If there is any truth in all of these recommendations.

When you wake up tomorrow. Try eating something simple like an apple or another piece of fruit before leaving for work then make a mental note, or write yourself a note or better still, if you have one of those fancy phones set yourself a reminder to take a moment and stop say around two hours after eating.

Ask yourself a simple question, how do I feel? Do I have more energy? Am I more alert than normal? Sometimes we forget just how simple things can be no need for complicated explanations. Simple tests can change your life.

Do something for 90 days? How often have we heard a habit is formed. After 90 days after tomorrow's little test. You should find out that you have a little more energy or, you are a little bit more alert do it for 90 days. The simple test may change your life.

One final thing, even though it's very illogical to think that eating can help you lose weight. The truth is small and intelligent breakfast will help you lose weight. Just be sure to watch the types of food. You choose for your breakfast.
