3 Excessive Sweating Treatment Which Failed to Work for Me And One Which Did

Finding an excessive sweating treatment had eluded me for at least six months. Perspiring through two shirts a day was a little embarrassing for me. It effected me so much, most social settings left me feeling awkward and I feared what other people were saying behind my back. I searched for and tried most methods to stop underarm sweating.

One excess sweating treatment I really thought would be the answer was Certain Dri. It's an antiperspirant you buy at the store. It costs a few bucks than normal, but I thought I would give it a try.

The directions call for you to apply it at night, when you are inactive. Good enough, so I followed exactly what they said. And even though putting it on at night seemed weird, I didn't plan on sweating at night. I waited in anticipation for the next day. I had to give a quick power point presentation at work the next day, so I felt safe in just wearing one undershirt. Which ended up being a bad move, I profusely perspired through both shirts and probably looked a little too nervous giving the presentation.

Certain Dri certainly was not working for me, I went ahead and tried a new treatment for excessive sweating called Phreneton. It's a herbal treatment which guaranteed quick success. Basically they combine several herbs into a combined mix in pill form. You take one three times a day usually right after meals. Skipping pills will not allow this magic potion to work, so you must make sure you always have it at hand and ready.

My expectations for the new found cure were sky high, but my hopes were quickly dashed when the huge sweat stains and beads of sweat dripping down my rib cage still continued.

I also tried, Hydrosal Gel which had just become available to the U.S. market late last year. It contains 15% of aluminum chloride hexadrate which is supposedly stronger then other aluminum's found in regular antiperspirants.

You simply apply to affected areas and it keeps you dry and you will no longer sweat. This one did not work either. I had tried three excessive sweating solutions which are supposed to work and I was still staining my shirts and avoiding social situations. I actually went back to taping toilet paper under my arms and keeping a roll in my car just to make sure I was not caught off guard. Anyone who has suffered with Hiperhydrosis understands the little methods we will try just to avoid social interactions which might cause embarrassment.

Finally, at my wits end, I found a manual someone had written online. It was called Stop Sweating and Start Living. I figured what the heck I will go head and give it a try. And after having dealt with this condition for over a year and a half, I found something which worked and was convenient for me to use.

The relief I feel now is overwhelming and I am drier than I have ever been before. And I do not even have to wear a undershirt anymore.
