The plague of small breasts!

Having small breasts has plagued me my entire life! While I have never really summed up the courage for plastic surgery, I have recently been giving a great deal of thought towards breast implants. Having breast implants would certainly boost my confidence as I would hopefully stop feeling so inferior.

Plastic surgery for breasts is not necessarily just for young women who feel the need to enlarge or re-shape their breasts. Plastic surgery in the form of breast lifts also has a valuable purpose for women who are aging and suffering from sagging breasts. While this is a fact of life, there is something we can do to help it!

If you are considering having breast implants or breast lifts done, then you will be delighted to know that South Africa is quite popular and well equipped with talented surgeons for this type of plastic surgery. Be sure to meet with your surgeon before the operation in order to go over what to expect and have all your questions answers. Then simply lie back, relax and prepare to wake up a much happier woman!

Getting Breast Implants

Majority of people feel they have some type of imperfection within themselves. Whether they mention it or not, I can guarantee you that many would love to have some kind of cosmetic surgery done to improve at least one part of their body!

The major surgery attraction is often Breast Implants. Often women are not happy with their breasts after having either given birth and dealt with saggy breasts from breast feeding. Or they are just born with smaller breasts. And believe it or not, having no breasts is a major confidence blow.

So many of these women seek the advice from a plastic surgeon who can help bring them out of that low where they feel their confidence is at an all time low. And by putting in breast implants these women find that the pain and money spent is all worth it in the long run, as their whole physical appearance and general body conscience has improved vastly.

There are various ways of inserting breast implants. And a few of the ways available on the market at the moment are as follows: Under the breast over the muscle. This means that the patient cannot breast feed after having the surgery done, as the necessary tubes are cut through. There is also under the breast and under the muscle. This gives the implant a more natural look and the patient is able to breast feed after this procedure is completed. Other options include; through the nipple or under the arm. My personal opinion is that these two options would be far more painful then under the breast. I hear that the healing time is longer and the scars more visible.

But this too is all a matter of opinion I guess. I hear that people who have had breast implants have been more than happy with their results. They have found confidence within themselves that they never knew existed. If that is the case, then I’d definitely do the surgery over and again! Make sure though, that you find yourself the right doctor and that there is a reputable reputation to go by without breaking your budget. If you check out Plastic Surgery SA you’ll find some of the countries best well qualified doctors. And you will definitely not be disappointed!

last i checked some of our best doctors are "Poached" by those foreign nations coz we're so damn good.

anyway, as a doting father i have a distraught girl of 19 years old who happens to be a double A cup.

nothing would make her happier than to fill out her dresses as she's never had that. is it a good idea to give this type of surgery to a child. especially as a father who worries about his grandchildren, breastfeeding and are there any complications.

Hi Doting Dad. Plastic surgery is always something that needs to be thought through. Don't just go buying her some plastic surgery without fully discussing her options with her.

I do know that breast enlargements is quite an advanced surgery and it is done in such a way that breastfeeding will still be possible without any glitches. There is nothing to worry about there :)

we have discussed it at great length with her mother as well who is against the surgery. i'm sure we will change her mind sooner or later as my daughter is very determined to end her flat chested days and continue her life with a bust ready to burst. thanks for the hub JW

haha! Sometimes mothers know best. perhaps you should all meet together with a plastic surgeon who can discuss and explain the pros and cons involved in getting the surgery. Let me know how it goes. Good Luck! :)
