The muscles that support the breasts need to be exercised, if they are left to become loose and slack, it can cause breast sagging and back pain.
You can make your breasts look firmer and actually raise them slightly by doing the exercises below, also the muscle that supports will become up to half an inch thicker so it will look as if your breasts are bigger!
Back brace.
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, raise your hands above your head
Step 2: Bring your hands to meet in the centre of your back, grasp your hands together if you can, if you can’t, hold one end of a towel in either hand.
Step 3: Pull your hands (or the towel) whilst still keeping them together. Pull for 8 seconds and release.
Repeat 15 times.
Presses.
Step 1: Put your arms in front of you at shoulder height.
Step 2: Clasp your hands together, squeeze them tightly, hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3: keeping your hands squeezed together, bring your elbows in and your hands up so they are at face level.
Step 4: Still squeezing, slowly raise your arms above your head.
Repeat 10 times.
Thrusts.
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, put your arms out to your sides at shoulder height.
Step 2: Raise your shoulders slightly, at the same time, bring your hands in towards you so that your hands end up at your chest.
Step 2: Release your shoulders and put your arms out again.
You can do this exercise with small weights if you wish.
Repeat 20 times.
