Rejuvenate Immune System

Most of so called incurable diseases, like Diabetes and Cancer, are the result of weakened immune system. So, we need to rejuvenate our immune system to effect cure of such diseases. Here, the most natural way to cure is deep breathing exercises called Pranayama.

Pranayama is conscious inhaling and exhaling of breath through the nose so as to increase the supply of oxygenated blood to cells of our body. Over the time, repeated deep breathing exercises rejuvenate the cells and also activate dead cells resulting into rebuilding of immune system and a cure of diabetes and cancer.

Extensive research has been carried out by BABA RAMDEV JI in India and he has been demonstrating daily on AASTHA CHANNEL and also published many books. To know more about Baba Ramdev, go to his website www.divyayoga.com

The Practice of Pranayama, particularly early in the morning on daily basis proves its effectiveness within a month and should be made a part of life style forever.

Some Simple Breathing Exercises

(1) Start deep breathing- INHALE SLOWLY FILLING THE LUNGS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT & EXHALE (Through Nose Only); Repeat 5 to 10 times as you feel comfortable. This exercise is called "Bhastrika Pranayam"

(2) Press the right nostril with right thumb and breathe in completely from left nostril then close the left nostril with middle and ring finger and exhale completely from right nostril. Then inhale from right nostril and exhale from left. This exercise is called "Anulom-Vilom" Pranayam.

Repeat 5 to 25 times as per comfort. Take rest if you feel tired and start again.

(3) Close both the ears with thumbs and your eyes with your fingers; breathe in and release the breath through nose while making a "ooon" sound with closed mouth. This is called "Bhramari Pranayam"

Repeat 3 to 20 times as per your comfort.

(4) Inhale through nose and exhale through mouth making a "O" sound. This is called "Udgeet Pranayam"

Repeat 3 to 20 times as per comfort.

Note :-(1) The exercises should be done regularly with eyes closed in sitting posture with legs closed in preferably having a cotton mat spread underneath. Try to concentrate on breath going in and out so that the mind is delinked from outside world and its attention is turned inward the body. Dont stress your body and do Pranayama as per your strength and comfort. The target is relaxation and supply of more oxygen to alongwith activation of vital systems of body. . One should increase the time and frequency as and when one feels comfortable.

(2) Those who have no time to go outside and want to do Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) just in their Bedroom, can do so. Doing Pranayama even in bedroom will be beneficial to rejuvenate the immune system.

(3) There are Important  seven exercises and every exercise has different benefits for different parts of body. I will explain all of them in detail in another hub..

Thank you, Shawandy ! Pranayama (breathing exercises), a part of Yoga, is a complete healing therapy in itself even independent of Yoga. There are only seven exercises and out of seven, one can do only four if one is short of time. But, regularity is important.

Thanks for reading and the question " how Pranayama can cure Cancer ?" As you are doing pranayama since many years and so you know the effectiveness of Pranayama on bodily systems, but you are not sure how Pranayama can cure Cancer ? To know the answer, you need to know what happens in the human body when we do PRANAYAMA ? In my instant hub, I have talked about IMMUNE SYSTEM (although Pranayama affects the whole human body including mind) and you know if immune system is rejuvenated or repaired naturally, it will remove all the dead cells out of the body, resulting cure of cancer but the patient must be able to do Pranayama daily and for minimum 30 minutes and also need to take all other precautions. You know Cancer is an accumulations of Dead Cells. The important question is the PATIENT and the WILL to get well. Pranayama will not fail anybody, but that "anybody" or "somebody" must know Pranayama and how to do it properly and regularly. Shortly, I will be publishing another hub explaining all the SEVEN EXERCISES OF PRANAYAMA.
