Connie also gave a great performance with "Somewhere over the Rainbow". She has a bright future despite being the runner up. Great performance from both. Sad there is just one winner.

It depends, if we have talented people like Paul Potts and Connie in America Got Talent, it will boost the show. Some bad ones sneak in and give a bad name. But if they screen good talent, it will be great. I am sure there are plenty of good ones here, they just don't get a chance. Hopefully after this they will get exposure.
Hi, I just wanted to say that both these performers deserved to win. I think if Connie had been up against anyone else she may have won hands down, but really, I am glad Paul won it as he wouldn't have had the opportunity Connie will get given her age and talent. Thanks for the opportunity to have a say, cheers!
Tezza, you are right that is what I felt too, it is hard to compare both, they are both equally good. I am sure Simon Cowell would sign both these singers to a hefty contract. Connie is real talented, without the show she wouldn't have been known.
