In this video of the show “Britains got Talent”, Paul Potts sings this Opera song, Turandot, Act III, Nessun Dorma”. He is a cell phone salesman and participates in this show with his singing talent.
Watch his brilliant performance. Even a novice like me could be overwhelmed by his singing. Watch Simon Cowell and other Judges, they are stumped to hear his singing, one of the judges Amanda cries even and says he is a lump of coal that is going to turn into a diamond. Simon Cowell is usually harsh on the singers, but he just has high praises for him.

Its amazing that an ordinary guy can have a talent like that. Reminds me of the scene in 'Employee Of The Month' where the night janitor sings both the male and female parts of the opera.
Fantastic, I stumbled on this site by accident and this was the first video I watched. Jesus it brought tears to my eyes. Had to watch it again to see if it was a fluke but it did it again and another 5 times. Great stuff.

He is inspiring, and dare I say it, he sings as if the angels express through his voice.
His voice brought tears.
Ive had to watch this many times , not just because of his awsome voice but to see and hear the reactions of the crowd and judges is absolutly priceless..

Oh my God! What a voice ! I can't stop listening to this. I don't even like opera but watched Paul after I received a link from my friend. I don't think anyone could have compared to him in the finals. Congrats and I hope to see more of you in the future Paul.
