Former husband Kevin Federline claims that Britney uses controled substances and alcohol every day. Only time will tell if and when Britney Spears reports for a Drug Test and a Alcohol Test. It appears that another trip to Rehab may be in her future. We have to all wonder if Britney Spears is serious enough to stay in Rehab this time and not leave early.
