If you are making brochures and want to make the maximum possible impact with them then you need to make sure that you have a good brochure holder that displays your product in the best possible manner and elicits the right response from the potential reader.

When purchasing brochure is not many companies think about the holders that go with it and fail to budget it into their costs. This is a problem because depending on how many want to buy a can add up to a considerable cost seen need to be aware of this before buying your brochures.

Make sure you think through what you are trying to buy carefully before committing to a bulk order.

Acrylic brochure holder

These are becoming more and more common today because they are generally quite cheap and are able to display a wide size of brochures including larger ones such as magazines and books. Double the price you can expect for an 8 1/2 inch acrylic brochure holder is around four dollars per item. This may not seem like much but if you're planning on putting your brochures in many places then you need to be aware of this and budget it into your costs. Brochures are fantastic because they can keep your customers well informed of what you do  as well as attracting new customers to your product line or services so having a see-through acrylic colour is a great way of making the most of the costly brochures that you will be producing.

Cardboard brochure holder

If you're thinking of buying a cardboard brochure holder then you need to be aware that they  are much less professional looking than their acrylic counterparts, although the outsiders they are much cheaper. The example to get a similar sized holder as the acrylic one we talked about earlier will cost you less than a dollar in most cases and hence a quarter of the cost. However as I mention they don't look as good but can be a good idea if you are buying a huge quantity to display in many different places.

The other good thing about a cardboard brochure holder is that you can print your own company logo on each of the pockets for a nominal extra cost. This helps you to brand your business and not just the brochure also the brochure holder, which is a great advantage even if the holders don't look quite as professional as the acrylic ones.

Outdoor brochure holder

if you are going to be displaying your brochures outside you need to make sure you buy a holder that can stand the weather, and this usually means you want to buy an acrylic one so that the wet weather won't affect it. However you can't just buy a regular acrylic holder because the brochures will get wet so you need to buy one with a plastic cover so that the weather is kept away from the brochure itself. Because in most cases an outdoor literature holder will have the potential reader looking at just a blank box you need to make sure that the outsiders decorated enough to attract the attention of the person. This goes beyond the remit of this article but that doesn't mean you shouldn't think about it.

Outdoor brochure holders tend to be a lot more than regular acrylic ones because of the fact that they must be able to stand up to all weather and because it takes more material to make them in the majority of cases. For example a quick search on the Internet found outdoor holder for around $15 each which is a lot of money if you're planning to spread your brochure around the town. However they will pay off if you desperately need to have your brochure outside.
