Bruce Springsteen is a singer and composer. Records and toured with the E Street Band. Springsteen is known for its heart rock style infused with pop hooks, poetic lyrics and the feelings of America, centered in his native New Jersey.
Their studio albums biggest hit, Born to Run "and" Born in the USA, exemplify his taste for the pursuit of grandeur in the struggles of everyday life in America.

Bruce Springsteen has won numerous awards for his work, including nineteen Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes and an Academy Award, and remains a strong global fan base. It has sold over 65 million albums in the United States and 120 million worldwide.Springsteen probably best known for his album Born in the USA (1984), which sold 15 million copies in the U.S. and became one of the biggest selling albums of all time with seven singles in the Top 10 and the highly successful world tour that followed. The song was a bitter comment on the treatment of Vietnam veterans, some friends and bandmates Springsteen.


In 2003, Springsteen performed "The Clash London Calling" along with Elvis Costello, Dave Grohl, and the E Street Band member Steven Van Zandt and No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal in tribute to Joe Strummer, The Clash Albums Springsteen and had examined several rivals duel at the river when double and triple Sandinista!. In 2004, Springsteen and the E Street Band, participated in the "Vote for Change" tour, along with John Mellencamp, John Fogerty, the Dixie Chicks, Pearl Jam, REM, Bright Eyes, Dave Matthews Band, Jackson Browne, and other musicians. All concerts are held in swing states for the benefit of the organization of liberal political group America Coming Together and encourage people to register and vote. The final was held in Washington, DC, which represents many of the artists.

Springsteen began working in a Dream Tour in San Jose, California, on 1 April 2009.
