Five Reviews - Budget Hotels Paris
Finding a clean and inexpensive hotel to stay in while doing business in Paris can usually be an unfruitful chore. Websites that you read often slant their information so that you can really get an idea of what to expect of where you'll be staying. Most visitors in budget hotels expect their hotel provide the basic amenities, but you want to be able to know what is omitting and not be amazed about going without amenities. Two examples of amenities that people are often amazed to find and become regretful about, are no elevator and daily room service. Additionally, most people will foresee certain omitting services but want to choose which they are willing to go without.
There are quite a few reasonable, comfortable and inexpensive hotels in Paris, however, I will only cover five of my picks. I will include information about their pluses, why I don't like them and a customer review.
1. Hotel Armstrong Paris - This is a friendly, clean and clean hotel. Can be found at 36, Rue de la Croix Saint-Simon
75020 Paris. I like this hotel because of the English speaking staff and the extra amenities for a hotel classified a two star hotel. I don't like this hotel because it is located 15 minutes by Metro from the center of Paris.
Typical reviews include:
"The hotel is really very close to the metro station, the rooms are a little small, but when you come to visit paris this is a perfect spot to stay. The breakfast is good, and the staff speaks good English. In the night it is quit around the hotel.also your car is save in the hotel garage. "
2. Hôtel Delos Vaugirard - This is an centrally located hotel that is clean and comfortable. It's address is Paris - 7 rue du Général Beuret 75015. I pick hotel because it is near the Eiffel Tower and because it is clean. I dislike this hotel because is only close to a few attractions I like and because it is dark at night near the hotel.
Typical reviews include:
"Madame serving breakfast was very nice and helpful. I don't know if she speaks English though, as I persist in trying to speak French. "
3. Hôtel Moulin Vert - This is a quaint, comfortable hotel that is decorated from the 1970s but an excellent value. Can be found at is Paris 14ème Montparnasse - 74 rue du Moulin Vert, Metro: Pernety 75014. I pick this hotel because it is a good value and is easy to find. I don't like this hotel because the room decor is old and the rooms feels like they are musty.
Typical reviews include:
"I chose this place to stay for a week long business trip to Paris based on feedback here in Tripadvisor & other travel sites online. And I wasnt disappointed."
4. Hôtel Riviera - This is a very nice and centrally located hotel with personal service. It's address is Paris - 55 rue des Acacias 75017.
I like this hotel because it is close to the Arc of Triomphe and because it has friendly, personal service. I don't like this hotel because the rooms are smaller than average and they have a small elevator.
Typical reviews include:
"The receptionists were always very helpful when it came time to give directions and telling us where the monuments were."
5. Grand Hôtel Amelot - This is a inexpensive and bare bones hotel located in a good location in Paris. Can be found at is Paris - 54, Rue Amelot 75011. I can pick this hotel because it is inexpensive and it's location rocks. I dislike this hotel because seem to need friendlier staff and you're getting a basic hotel.
Typical reviews include:
"Stayed there for seven nights, then returned for an eighth night later in our trip. Because of this we stayed in two different rooms."
There are quite a few good hotels and low rates hotels in Paris. There are also some hotels that aren't so good but super inexpensive and visitors poor service or old decoration or other thing in order to otherwise afford vacationing in Paris.
Good luck and bon voyage.
