I enjoy the benefits of using the Build a Niche Stores (BANS) software.  It allows me to quickly get a website up-and-running that is fully stocked.  But I fell into the trap of many other BANS users.  I tried to be all things to all people.  I didn't really have a system in place and would beat my head against the wall (figuratively) in trying to do the right things.  So you can imagine my excitement with the BANS developers came up with a methodology that puts all the pieces together.  It is Build a Niche Store on overdrive.
