Building Your Business Organization With The Correct Mindset

As some of you already know from reading my articles, I always try to bring you the absolute truth about this industry and in this article you will once again see that I tell it like it is !

I got the basic idea for writing this article from something that my sponsor and I spoke about a few weeks ago. He wrote a blog post about it so I figured I bring you guys my version of it. Thanks John !

One quick thing before I start the current article.. notice that in this particular case I'm borrowing some information from my sponsor.. this is a perfect example of what the term "duplication" means in our industry. It may just be a part of the big picture as far as duplication is concerned but it's a positive step towards the total results of it. By doing things such as this, you are making the process so much easier for yourself and those that you bring into your organization. I'll be writing & posting a more in-depth article on this topic in the coming days.

OK so let's open this up with the idea that like most everything else that people try to accomplish in the world, there will often be set-backs of some kind.

While building your downline in your network marketing business over the years you will realize that not everyone that you or your team enrolls will always stay in the business. There will always be attrition whether we like it or not. It's the nature of the beast and as long as you go into your business accepting this fact and always ramping-up your ability to market, enroll and coach others you will have success.

So now that you know what to expect, here's the type of mindset you must stay in:

Think of yourself as being a General and looking for a few Captains to join your squad. Don't expect to find anyone that can out perform you, but expect to find a few good leaders that will eventually be able to do the same things you can do (it's these individuals that are going to help you grow your business through time). You might have to go through 10-25 people in order to find one Captain. This is after you have already done lots of sorting to find your 25 to 40 to join your training camp.

Here's the best way to think of your MLM Business: Instead of trying to bring everyone with a pulse into your business.. think of your business like you are building a sports team. You are sorting for some superstars, but many won't make it out of training camp and onto the field.

Why is that? A few reasons come to mind. Many won't do the work necessary to be successful, many don't have the skill-set or the desire to develop a qualifying skill-set, many lack serious ambition, and I'm sorry to say it but many are just quite LAZY.

There's tons of people that want what few have, but they aren't willing to do what's necessary to give themselves a chance to receive it. There's a reason why this particular sport is called: NetWORK Marketing.

Network marketing means you work towards your goals and the why so many people fail is that they simply don't have the right mindset and attitude to take them all the way to their goals.
