There are 2 basic tips I can give you to build muscle fast and they are change your diet and exercise more and by exercise I mean weight training.

This will involve monitoring what you eat and maintaining an exercise routine that is specifically designed to build muscle fast.

Before you start any form of training you should consult your doctor and set out your plans with him/her. I would also recommend that for the first 2 weeks you do not over exert yourself as the whole principle behind building muscle is progressive resistance training, meaning that you build up the resistance that you put your muscles under.

In most gyms when you start you will have a personal trainer assigned to you who will show you the correct lifting techniques for all the machines and weights, it is important that you pay attention to the best practices as they are laid out by the gym appointed professional.

Building muscle fast is something that you will work up to but it is vitally important that you do not put your body under a lot of stress at the very beginning of your intended plan to build muscle. By doing so you could damage your body.
