The whole world is now well aware of the massive devastation and loss of life in the recent Burma hurricane. The death toll could well exeed 100,000.

Relief efforts are being hampered by the military junta ruling this poor nation.

Obviously this was a natural disaster equal to, or possibly exceeding, the tsunami that is still so fresh in our memories. 190kmh winds, huge storm surge sweeping kilometers inland, bringing widespread flooding to hapless villagers. Surely mere man could not create such a deceitful weapon, could he? Can we control the weather to such an extent? The evidence suggests the answer is a resounding yes. Sobering thought, to put it mildly.

The HAARP facility (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) looks innocuos enough (see photo). Just 40 acres of antennas tucked away in Alaska, but it's capabilities are awesome. Why would you want to blast our ionisphere with 1.7million watts of power anyway? And what effect is that having on our weather? Is it actually causing "global warming"? These and many other questions I am not in a position to answer, but my research is enlightening.....

One thing I have learned in recent weeks is the existence of a certain United Nations treaty. Here is Article 1 from that treaty:

1. "Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage, or injury to any other State Party."

2. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to assist, encourage, or induce any State, group of States, or international organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article."

And Article 2 :

"As used in Article I, the term, 'environmental modification techniques' refers to any technique for changing -- through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes -- the dynamics, composition, or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere, or of outer space."

Why would such a treaty be deemed necessary, if the technology did not exist? Obviously, the technology does exist, and has been in existence for some time. The abovementioned treaty came into existence in.......1976!!

You have to wonder, just how much "testing" has been done with this technology since that time. Is the Burma tragedy a result of such testing? Certainly a different approach to gaining inroads to an otherwise uncooperative nation. I don't believe Burma is a member of the UN at this time. The whole concept fits in well with NWO goals of population reduction and control, and is a possible explanation for the global warming hysteria.

Whatever the cause and reasoning behind current world events, I see the prophecies contained in the book of Revelations fast becoming "headline material". These prophecies most certainly will be fulfilled......but so soon?
