you cannot lose weight and keep it off using a Low Fat Diet. Low fat foods have been around for over 10 years and our society is getting bigger and more obese. This tells us something about the diets people are using. What will happen if you use low fat diets - You will put on weight not lose it.

You will not lose weight using Low Calorie Foods

You will not keep the weight off using a Low Calories Dieting Plan. Eating less calories is the worst thing you can do for your body. what happens when you eat less calories is that your body's metabolism will slow down - when this happens you burn less fat. When your body is slowing down you cannot lose weight you will hit a dieting plateau.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.

yes you might have lost some weight using low carb plans but only in the short term. You will have noticed that they are far too restriciting and very hard to follow , it is not a life plan it is a short term fix and one that could harm the body.
