As bad as Bush was, I gotta hand it to him. He helped this nation to elect it's first African American President - something I thought I wouldn't see in my lifetime.

How did Bush do it? By sucking so bad, of course. Anyone with half a brain could see that the Republican party had totally gone insane. Even people who absolutely hated democrats and the left still felt that they couldn't, with good conscious, vote for Bush's party even if the new candidate was a "maverick" with another "maverick" for a sidekick.

Even those who had dreams of, some day, making over a quarter of a million dollars a year knew better than to vote for the party of that douche bag "Joe the Plumber."

People that are overly concerned about welfare queens abusing the system despite all the damage done by college educated,white collar criminals knew that things had to change.

Retarded people who thought that the majority of Obama supporters where influenced by keywords like "change" and "hope" even knew that bush sucked donkey nuts.

Even the emotionally disturbed pundits of FOX news knew that Conservative America was in for an ass whoop'n.

So I say, "Thank you George W. Bush," for fucking up so bad that you guaranteed this great historical moment. It may be the last one we enjoy before being economically devoured by the likes of China and Saudi Arabia.

And thank you for reminding us all that the leader of our great nation requires a brain to function correctly.

And thank you for reminding us that Scientists might actually need to be listened to every once in a while.

And thank you for proving that acting like the U.S. runs the whole planet doesn't actually help us in the long run.

And thank you for showing us how skilled a rich politician from Connecticut can be at pretending to be a Texas redneck simply to win votes. (That was really pure genius, I must admit).
