I find it mainly sad to watch...a President who cannot even string together a rational sentence. I totally agree with you - the people who are behind those speeches (probably mainly DICKH**D Cheney - ;} ) are VERY much to blame.
Bush is a puppet like most presidents; but he is a pathetic excuse for even THAT IMO!

Hilarious to watch but sadly so many lives lost and billions of dollars lost for no reasons. But all the people who are behind those speeches are also to be blamed.
