Being a certified business manager, it means that you have the capacity to uphold to the standards developed by the organization to professionalize your job.

While in business performance management you can be employed by both small and large companies. He or she can also consider running his or her own enterprise, appointing himself or herself as one of the employees. 

When it comes to responsibilities, a business development manager can go on different routes. You could be given supervisory tasks, where you will be in charge of a certain department.
