They can feel a little stiff at first, so a proper fit is especially important, and wearing them will take some getting used to because the walking on spikes is a strange sensation, especially at first. Don’t wear them around the house. (And make sure that your kids also avoid wearing them around the house.) The spikes can be damaging to all sorts of floor surfaces, including tiles, hardwood, rugs and carpeting.

Shop around a bit before making your purchase because cleats can be quite expensive and you want to make sure you are getting quality shoes for the best possible price.
