How do you usually buy things that you need? Let me guess - you go to a department store and purchase what you need. Am I right? 

I'm sure that the majority of you will say "Yes". Frankly speaking, I also buy things in such a way, but I have a friend who purchases almost all the things via the Internet. She says that it saves her time that she can devote to her family and friends, it's also cheaper and usually they deliver goods she ordered to her house and she doesn't have to think how to carry it home.

Several days ago she phoned me and said that she had problems with access to the Internet, I proposed her to use my computer. When she arrived I got to know that she was going to a trip with her new boyfriend and she wanted to order a new handbag online.

Before I've never purchased anything online, so I asked to have a look how she did it. 

As my friend use the Internet for shopping all the time she had a special list of online stores. First of all she went to a shop that offered discount High Sierra handbags, but there unfortunately she didn't choose a bag, she didn't like the colour. But in her long list there were many other shops and in the next store that offered discount Dakine Handbags she placed an order. After that she decided that she needed to buy Luggage for sale (my friend is a kind of person who likes to go to trip with all new things). And then she also managed to purchase cheap backpacks. So she bought everything she needed.

What surprised me most of all - it took her only about thirty minutes. After that I decided that I also will buy things online rather than go to traditional shops and stand in long queues. 

It was a good example that online shopping is very useful and comfortable, though I've never thought that before.
