The vLectures are a great study tool for CCIE candidates just starting their CCIE lab training. However, they also work great to refresh vital information just before your lab date. Mostly, they are used in conjunction with other study tools as a way to reinforce learned material.

The vLecture product is similar to the IPexpert CCIE Video-on-Demand products except they do not require any hardware. If you leave your Audio Boot Camp CDs or your DVD series behind, you can access the vLectures online from wherever you are; work, airport or hotel.
