The goal of the IPexpert Lab Experience Boot Camp, as with all IPexpert Security Products and Courses, is to challenge students to the highest level and ensure they understand the material and solutions from all angels. One way this boot camp accomplishes this is by assigning one day mock-labs of varying difficulties for each of the first 4-days. The last day of the lab experience is reserved for a Q&A session and open discussion on the mock-lab solutions.

Although the Security Lab Experience Boot Camp can be utilized by candidates starting their lab training, they should know it is not necessarily a beginner’s class. In fact, the instructors for the CCIE Security Lab Experience operate in a proctor-like manner during the mock-lab session. Instructors will first try to lead the student toward a line of thinking that will allow him/her to discover the correct path independently. If the student still requires additional assistance the instructor will provide more details to assist the student in reaching the right solution.

The CCIE Security Lab Experience does not schedule any lectures; it is solely focused on vRack training time. Of course, the instructor is available to answer questions throughout the week as well as during Q&A at the end of the week. Otherwise students will be intently focused on solving complex lab scenarios from the IPexpert Ultimate CCIE Security Preparation Workbook.
