Randi Collotta, 30, and her husband Christopher Collotta, 34, provided information about mergers and acquisitions being handled by the firm to Marc Jurman, who traded on the information. Collotta worked in the compliance division of Morgan Stanley. The Collattas face up to 25 years in prison.

The firm should also get fined HEAVILY, that's the only way they don't incite their employees to do mischiefs.
