How do you know so much? We're lucky that you share it with us, that's how I feel. But darn you, now I'm craving just frosting and nothing in this kitchen comes close to preparing some. Rats. Well, best be off to the grocery store, thanks HB, K.

Mom loved sweets so much, I'd say we had homemade cake in the house at almost any given time when I was growing up. So Kim I guess that's my education here. I'm with you on the frosting. I don't have such a big sweet tooth, but as I was writing, I couldn't stop thinking about chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Thanks BC. I'm more of a main meal cook myself. Mom's the baker. Never been to Belfast. Is there a safe part of town? I'll take that hug. You have a great weekend too.
