Flying frogs, fallen trees, clouds... all wonderful backdrops for wonderful wordless books illustrated by the masterful David Wiesner. A child's imagination can connect with his books with no problem at all for a child's imagination works exactly as the books portray.

No child should go through childhood without experiencing these books... and if one has .. then that adult owes it to himself to make sure he/she is deprived no longer.

David Wiesner is one of the most original and imaginative children's book illustrators working today. Specializing in wildly fanciful images with few words, his books appeal to a wide range of audiences and ages.

He is also one of the most honored artists in his field, having won two Caldecott Medals (The Three Pigs and Tuesday) and two Caldecott Honor Books designations (Sector 7 and Free Fall), among other awards. An exhibit of his original artwork, Seeing the Story, toured the United States in 2000 and 2001.
