Introduction: Prestige mode in Call Of Duty 4 is a option you can take after reaching level 55 in Call Of Duty 4, it almost makes you restart... when you go to prestige, you will lose the following...

-All the guns you unlocked

-All the gun challenges and mission challenges

-All your camos and weapon attachments

-All your perks that you unlocked

The stuff you will keep are...

-Your total wins, loses and win streaks.

-Your total kills, deaths, and kill streaks.

-Your total headshots and assists.

-Your total accuracy and score.

Why would you do this? Once you get to level 55 (and 5,000 xp after that) you can go into Barracks and click on prestige mode, you will start back at level one with one of ten icons. You can go to prestige 10 times, each you will get a different icon.. here are the list of icons from 1^st to 10^th ...

Most people think its pointless, and it sort of is.. unless you really want to show off your 10^th prestige icon...
