The Fatloss4idiots Diet - Uses Calorie Shifting

There is an online diet program called Fatloss4idiots.  This diet is based all on Calorie Shifting and helps to keep your body on its feet.  What this means is that by shifting or alternating different calories types, you can keep your body confused and burning all of the calories you are eating each and every time you eat.

With this Calorie Shifting diet, you are supposed to eat 4 meals each and every day.  The diet lasts for 11 days and then you can take 3 days off before starting it again.  Do you go hungry on this diet like other diets?  Absolutely not!  What's great about this calorie shifting diet is that with each meal you can eat as much of the foods specific to that meal as you want.  This doesn't mean to gorge yourself.  The diet states to eat until you feel satisfied.  So, if by eating until you feel satisfied and then you eat 4 times per day, you should not ever feel like you are starving or feel as if you have to cheat or go of this diet.  This is why the Calorie Shifting Diet Works.

Does Calorie Shifting Work?

The reason most low calorie diets don't work is because you are used to eating thousands of calories per day and then you reduce your calorie intake to say, 1000 calories each day.  You starve yourself and what does your body do?  It actually starts storing fat and calories!!

This calorie shifting diet will prevent your body from this. It will have you eating different calorie amounts on day 1, day 2, etc.  The best part about it is that can eat as much of the foods it has selected for you that day. You get to eat until you feel satisfied.  

By shifting calories and following this program as it's spelled out, then you will have success. So yes. This diet has worked for thousands of people who have tried it.

How much weight can you lose using the Calorie Shifting Diet?

This is a difficult question because it depends on how much you want to lose.  The diet states that you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days. Not everyone can acheive 9 pounds in 11 days because every body type is different and people may do different things while they are on this diet.   Some people actually incorporate some light exercise and therefore they will lose more weight than someone who is just following the diet while not doing any exercise.

Typical results are an average of 6 pounds every 11 days.  What does this mean?  This means that if you do this diet consistently, you can lose the weight you want to lose and achieve the weight loss goal you have set for yourself.  The diet lasts for 11 days and then you are supposed to take a 3 day break in-between.  You can then start it all over again.  If you do this process over and over, I've known some people to lose over 50 pounds using this method.
