Sample Diet Menu of Calorie Shifting

Calorie Shifting is a special diet plan that requires you to alternate your foods so that you can absorb different types of calories. If you are unsure of what you will be eating when you are trying the calorie shifting diet, here is an example of the diet menu. You can design your own diet menu in this website.

breakfast :

  • Smoked molassas bacon (broiled crisp)

  • egg omelette with garlic

  • skim milk

lunch :

  • Iceburg lettuce

  • tomato

  • mixed baby greens

  • raw sliced sweet onion

  • raw sliced zucchini
  • raw sliced red pepper
  • homemade cubed roast ham
  • skinless chicken breast
  • cubed pepper parsley

Dinner :

  • green tea or lemonade

  • albacore tuna

  • roast beef slices

Exercises done :

  • 1.5 hours of brisk walk and ran around the house for 4 rounds.

Supper :

  • 1 hard boiled egg

From the calorie shifting diet menu above, you can see that the food is actually not that bad or at least not as bad as I imagined before I started it. This is because I can actually choose my favorite food and I will receive a professional generated menu according to the food I chose.

I'm very happy that I have chosen to follow this diet plan. I know that all diet plans will only give temporary effect and I will start getting fat once I stopped the diet. However, if I can eat my favorite food, I do not think that I will quit this Calorie Shifting diet plan. Anyway, it saves my time to think of what to eat everyday :).
