It was still dark, and I just lay in bed, listening to the silent sounds of the night. I felt trapped, uncomfortable. I knew what I had to do, but I still did not give in to my own logic. I had promised to make a page on calories in eggs, but I did not know where to start, and actually I didn't even feel like doing it.

"Become willing to do whatever it takes"

Jamie Smart's card lays in front of me on the kitchen table, when I drink a cup of tea in the cold kitchen.

Is that not true for everything we want to achieve?

When I started to play the piano, I was still a kid, but I spent hours and hours rehearsing the difficult passages, without complaining. Sometimes my Mom would call me, and I would answer: Just finish this page, Mom.. I'm almost there. And I would be irritated if answering her would mean making a mistake on the piano. But that is different to writing about calories in eggs, isn't it?

Everything seems different. I am not so fanatic anymore. I can't be bothered, I just want to have a happy life, no wishes, no goals, nothin to fight for. Just be happy everyday.

But, is that true?

Jamie Smart says:

"Procrastination comes in two flavours: I'm afraid to...& I can't be bothered. When a person procrastinates, they halt progress and miss out on al the things they would be learning by taking action. I you have to put something off, delay procrastination! Whenever you feel the urge to procrastinate, take action towards your goals immediately. As you begin to complete the tasks you'd previously postponed, reward yourself. Soon you'll have replaced the habit of procrastination with a positive action-habit, and the rewards you discover in terms of energy and results will be enormous."

I can see that, it makes sense. And then suddenly, it is if someone turns on the light!

You have been searching for "calories in eggs", or for weightloss programs, and you ended up here. Your problem is exactly the same as my problem: you want to lose weight, but you are not yet willing to do WHATEVER it takes. So, the solution to your question is not how many calories in eggs, but rather

"How do I become willing to do whatever it takes?"

I can help you with that, that is something I have been studying and practising. Even now, I realize that my hesitation to get into the calories-in-eggs business, had to do everything with my old beliefs and convictions. I want to help people to become happy, and weightloss was not of any interest to me.

If I help you to overcome your procrastination, I I help you to boost your willpower, if I help you to control your subconscious mind and harness its power for your own good... I would help you to create the life you deserve. If the entry to that fulfilled, happy and healthy life is called "calories in eggs", well fine!

So, there we are, calories in eggs. When you start following the free video training we show you how to boost your willpower, how to burn extra energy in easy and quick exercises you can even do while sitting at your desk, table or computer, and we will show you how to limit your energy intake without feeling hungry. And, if I would not have followed the first part already, I probably would not have written this piece of text for you!
