Can touching your face (or leaning your head on your hand) lead to acne?
83tips 4 acne
Yes most definatly. Anything harboring bacteria is a threat to your complexion. Over washing your face may actualy irritate your skin more. So instead try washing your hands more frequently. Keep hand sanitizer in your pocket or purse. Change your pillow cases every other day, flipping it every night. Avoid eating oily foods for this can lead to break outs around your mouth. Eating chocolate will NOT give you pimples or make your skin worse or ugly in any way. That is a myth. If you have acne prone skin be sure to use products especially formulated for this skin type. Avoid peel off masks and don't wash your face with a wash cloth, sponge or such as for these items hold bacteria. Use your hands only and if you need a gentle scrub combine 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar to your favorite facial cleanser. That should save you some money and give you the desired results of an expensive exfoliant. Also durring bad break outs, keep your hair off your face. Products like gell, hairspray, shine boosters and palmades will clog your pores causing infection and therefore leading to more pimples. And remember if a pimple is popped or broken spilling puss keep in mind that it is contagious and will create new pimples where ever the puss touches the skin. I hope this information prooves useful to those of you in need. Thanks for reading :)

excellent answer!
Wanted to reply to the question myself, but after reading yours, I figured there no point in doing so.
One think I want to add though is this: milk! Try to not drink milk, or anything that is made of milk or contains milk for three weeks. For many people, this can significantly improve their skin condition.
