Check out "A good news story" below! it's very hopeful!

An overview of my MMS journey!
If you’d like to leave comments there is a spot way down at the bottom!
Also I am updating 2-3 times a week. If you are interested you need to drop down below my 'information' posts to see whats going on day to day.
So this blog recounts my experience using Chlorine Dioxide CLO2, or MMS (Magic Miracle Supplement), as described by Jim Humble. I finished two weeks at 15 drops, three times a day, something I can’t find has been done by anyone else on the web... although I’m certain there are some.
I’m not much of a conspiracy person, so don’t believe that my plight with HSV1&2 is some sort of a western medicine plot to make money. But I also believe that western medicine does not offer all the answers possible. So I remain open and hopeful that there is a cure for those with the courage to seek one and the conviction to see it through!
Below I offer a series of links that I found useful in my decision to try MMS. It is far from exhaustive but hopefully offers a flavour of pro and con arguments. It is a starting place, not the destination. Explore! There are no right answers! Become informed! Make decisions that you believe are right for you!
Next is a collections of impressions formed through my 7-8 weeks taking the MMS protocol. I’ll be adding to these as time permits. They are not gospel. They are just my thoughts/comments. Take them for what they are worth!
I was fortunate to find a great explanation of what all the tests mean. Thank-you Solidsupport for your permission to post your comments here.
Well you will see that I have documented, almost daily, my MMS experiences. In them I try to offer a fair account of the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of MMS. I have written it for me as well as the community at large. Hopefully there is something in there of value to people considering MMS as a possible solution to their condition.
If you are interested I have added my sad story where it belongs, way down at the bottom of the blog where it should be. Everyone with herpes has a sad story, be it infection from a cheating partner, a one night encounter, an act of violence, or an unfortunate contact with an infected surface. No one with the disease sought it out, nor would wish it on anyone. It simply is what it is! So look forward with hope, not backward with regret. Wear your sunglasses at night, because the future looks so bright!
Good luck in your search for your cure! God's speed!
Complete list of those cured by David Flowers
Did you really expect to find a list? ? So far no one has been cured by True Cures from David Flowers. NO-ONE! But I keep asking him. Thus far the only person that has posted that they were cured was blackmailed into it when Mr. Flowers posted their name on his blog because they entered a post that he had not been able to cure anyone of anything!
In case you're curious why he keeps attacking me on his blogs its simply because I keep asking him to support his claims, which of course he can't. He said he could cure HSV with one visit. He can't! He said everyone who saw him would test negative within weeks. They didn't! He said that if you saw him once you would never again have an outbreak. Everyone I know has. He said that HSV is nothing more than a fungus. It isn't! His only claim to an "almost" cure is someone who had virtually completed an MMS protocol and eliminated outbreaks before ever seeing him... oh and she still tests positive. I find it hilarious that he continually attacks me in his posts but deletes my continual requests for even one example of success. Just one.
He makes various slanderous claims on his many blogs about my beliefs. I'm not sure where he gets his ideas or material. he knows absolutely nothing about me. But for the record here are some of the things I believe:
I believe in friends who work in the medical field and trust my GP to do his best to treat me.I do not believe that there is a huge conspiracy to keep us ill, although there may be a bias towards profit as a result of our economic system. It isn't perfect, but it still seems better than second best. I also happen to believe in universal health care!!! Go Obama!
I believe that there are means to cure disease that are not recognised by western medicine.
I believe that more often than not education reflects passion and ability. It leads to building on past experience instead of reinventing what is already known, and in that way the collective of human knowledge can move forward. (TC wouldn't understand this. He has no education!)
I believe that the human body has a yet unappreciated ability to cure itself. I believe that there are people in both western and eastern medicine that continue to explore and expand the possibilities. I do not believe David Flowers is one of them!
I believe in holistic healing and the use of herbs and non-pharmaceuticals in maintaining health. I also believe everyone within these areas are making a profit from their activities. A good number of them are friends of mine as well!
I believe in God as I define him, but appreciate and accept the beliefs of others, so long as those beliefs do not lead to harm or repression of others. I believe every person is linked at a level we have yet to appreciate. If one person suffers we all suffer.
i believe that evil does exist in the world, and that it is the collective responsibility of mankind to stand diligent against it. I believe sometimes it presents itself in the guise of faith healers like David Flowers!
I'll add more as time permits. If you read True Cures and his comments seem inconsistent, feel free to drop me a note! I'll answer reasonable inquiries to the best of my ability.

Some information on various tests for herpes
Post MMS comments: On Protocol
So I spent about six weeks on MMS. Did I follow Jim Humble’s (JH) protocol? Well that’s open to interpretation.
I did start at one drop twice a day, on day two, two drops, etc. etc mixed with 5 drops of 10% citric acid per drop respectively. That all went pretty well up to 7-8 drops if memory serves me correctly. I was just mixing it with distilled water. JH suggest that using water and citric acid provides the strongest dose, so given I want cured it seemed to be the way to go. All the blogs talk about eventually reaching a ceiling, when the taste, nausea, or “facet bottom” tells you you’ve moved too fast.
Well there were a couple of occasions where I hit one or all of the roadblocks. Sometimes I backed down a bit, other times I held at a particular dose. There is a lot of information on line that suggests that the physical response is “viral shedding”. Well I think it’s more along the line of chlorine poisoning caused from too strong a dose. JH speaks about the dosage being under 1%. But some testing mentioned in one of the links above suggests it is well over 5% by the time you reach 12 drops. That is higher than the concentration used in some commercial applications. Thanks but no thanks! After days of being too ill to get out of bed and more sitting on the toilet I decided that watering down the dose to 1% may be the way to go.
My logic was as follows: JH himself says that if you can’t handle a 15 drop dose then take smaller ones more often. I extrapolated that if I can get three 5 drop doses mixed with one cup of juice each then it’s the same as 15 drops. Put another way. If I take an aspirin whole with 1 cup of water, or cut into 4 small pieces with each followed with one cup of water than will I still not have taken one aspirin? So in essence that’s what I did.
I did still get some nausea, but nowhere near as bad as when I was trying to take 15 drops in 2/3 cups of water. And for the most part I was able to avoid the facet bottom. Did this compromise the dose? Don’t know! But logic would suggest it did not.
The other point I’d like to make is the method of increasing the dosage. You will see that I originally tried to get to 2x15 drops, and then add a third dose. (Note that all the blogs I’ve seen suggest that this is the way to approach this... only none I have found have moved up to the third dose!) What I discovered was that in order to add a third dose you need to push the original two closer together. That seems to be where I ran into real trouble. For example, say that I originally took my two 15 drop doses 12 hours apart. In order to accommodate a third dose ideally all three are 8 hours apart. But that means you are taking 30 drops in 16 hours instead of 24 hours. You can fiddle with the timing all you want but I found it just didn't matter. Trying to add that third dose after it reached 7 drops was just too much. |So I backed down, divided my total daily dose at the time by 3, and went on an 8 hour cycle increasing when possible. I also opted for juice instead of water. I would challenge anyone to do otherwise!
I will say this however, after 10 days or so at 3x15 drops the nausea did in fact become minimal, and I suffered no gastrointestinal problems. So that is how things worked for me. I encourage everyone to find their own way!
Post MMS comments: On Blogs
My MMs journey. Ok. I figured that I would jot down some thoughts on the 6 weeks or so that I took CLO2. I’ll break it down by sections for simplicity.
ON BLOGGERS! I came to MMS (CLO2) after following a series of blogs on Resolve where user after user tested positive following the treatment. At that time, despite Resolve’s claim of 100% success, I could not find even one example of success on line. Surely if there was a 100% success rate there would be at least one person somewhere in the world who could offer both before and after blood tests, and would have been willing to post them on line. But no! (Since then there have been two people who have tested negative and whom I believe are genuine! Yea Cali and Love!)
I found this rather obscure book on MMS by Jim Humble on line. Gave it a read. Wish he would get a ghost writer because he really can’t write to save his life, but despite that somehow it made some sense to my non-medical mind. So I bought the second book, and although it describes how to make MMS it really didn’t expand the knowledge base much. So I did some more digging.
I came across several Blogs by people writing about their MMS experience. I was relieved to think that their experiences might serve as a road-map for my own journey. So I ordered my MMS from a Canadian source, received a huge supply in a clear plastic bottle, and started my treatment. In addition to my own blog, which I started largely as a means to track my own progress, I also contributed to other’s blogs in the hope of expanding the collective knowledge base of experience.
It wasn’t long before I came to notice some gaps in the blogs I was following. Clearly some entries were being deleated. I soon came to realize that some blogs existed not to expand the collective experience and provide an open forum to discuss different ideas, but instead were largely for the promotion of the very narrow views held by the individual blogger. Any comment or opinion offered to the alternative was met with anger and censorship. Then the attacks began. How dare I offer an alternative opinion! Jim’s word is the final word, as interpreted by the blog owner, even though he plainly contradicts himself often in his book. Actually I later came to realize that it really boiled down to the Blog owner's personal opinion of what was correct, as they added "facts" that never appear in any of Jim's books! I was even accused by both the blog owner and others as being an alias for someone else who had obviously fallen from grace. (Since then my “alter ego” and I have exchanged many postings and I find the whole thing quite inane!)
So why do I mention all this? Well before the entire MMS world gets upset it is not to discredit anyone in particular, ergo the absence of names. It also isn't to discredit any particular blog, as the shear tenacity of the negativity can be found on many blogs. It is because I found you really need to be constantly critically monitoring the information you find on the web and questioning the writer's motivation for posting it. My advice to anyone who cares is to do your own research! Seek your own answers, and come to your own conclusions. Read carefully between the lines. Sometimes there is more to be learned by what is not said! And be careful about the source of advice you receive! I find it almost too funny that without exception every person whose blogs I was following has discontinued their MMS protocol before completion! Some even go as far as purporting a particular protocol having never done it themselves! Read! Learn! Seek your truth!
Herpes is a VERY emotional topic. If you are new to it then likely you are running scared, desperate for answers. My advice is to calm down, do your homework, weigh all your alternatives, then begin with what makes sense to you after considering the pro's and cons. There is no right answer. Each of us is experimenting with untested non-traditional cures and treatments, no matter how emphatically some believe in their chosen path, you need to find yours. If you scan the blogs these days you'll find dozens of people bailing from their current treatment to chase True Cures. Does True Cures work? I don't know. Hope so! But like other options I can not find even one example online that suggests it does! Same is true of most cures. So there is no right answer. Don't let anyone bully you about the validity of your choice! Find your own path to your cure! OK. Enough said!
On Relationships
So what would an HSV blog be without some mention of relationships? After all if it wasn’t for an innate need for human warmth and affection who would care about HSV... for that matter who would be around to care?
So you meet a prospective partner. No small feat these days. You ask her for dinner. Dinner is followed by drinks, perhaps listening to a cute little jazz group at a local bar. In direct contrast to the snow falling silently outside the evening is warmed by laughter and an undeniable attraction. Slowly the bar empties, not that the two of us would ever notice. The conversation flows as easily as the wine, and eventually the topic of past partners enter the conversation with a recollection of the discovery of HSV medication in a prior partner’s medicine cabinet. You blush. It’s too early to talk of such things you think. There will be time for that later. But your clever dodge doesn’t go unnoticed.
When the work lights come on you realize that it’s time to go, and that if you remain any longer you’ll have to start clearing tables and washing dishes. So you walk back to your apartment arm in arm, the two of you clinging to each other against the cold.
A bottle gets uncorked, a fire lit, and music put on the phonograph. (I still hold nostalgia for records, something that was renewed in the last year.) You settle in together on the couch as the warmth of the flames begins to spread. Everything and everywhere glows. The evening has been perfect. You’re in a movie... a dream... a fantasy. Then it comes around again. This time it will not be avoided, and you wouldn’t anyway. You’ve never with-held the fact that you’re HSV positive. But why now? Why so early when you’re just trying to feel out the potential... SHIT! I read somewhere a definition of love being the absolute concern for another’s well-being. There can be no denials now. There is only room for honesty. As you tell the tale the prospect of a new relationship fall to the ground with a resounding thud... much like a dead chicken... don’t believe me? Go drop a dead chicken on the floor!
If they don’t dive through the wall right then and there the fear of infection will never leave them. If they’re sensible they don’t judge everything right there on the spot, but turn on the computer when they get home. Of course there they find a horror story. Graphic pictures. Sad stories. The works. I know married couples where there has never been any cross infection after decades. Where they manage the infection to minimize the risk. But those stories never seem to appear on the web. After an hour one would think you can get herpes from a phone! (Oh wait! You can! That’s how I got it! Shit!) So in an instant what started as an evening filled with wonder has ended in a train wreck.
Even if she’s able to get past the web there is always doubt. Every time there is intimacy there is fear. Every kiss is met with hesitation. Every itch reminds her that maybe she’s become infected. Isn’t that the first sign? So time passes. Intimacy is postponed. Excuses are made. What should have been the most exciting days of a newly forming relationship have become atrophied by HSV. Soon everything becomes wrong, the world becomes filled with excuses. Where everything should be possible nothing is.... and so it ends with a whimper... leaving you to wonder why you even bother....and remembering that she was simply great!
Testing explained by Solid Support- Thank-you!
SolidSupport says:
I was asked to discussed the Elisa/IgM IgG test in more detail. I actually answered this question recently for someone on the hub who emailed me and they got the gist of it so here it goes...
The Elisa and the IgG and IgM are the same thing. IgG and IgM are simply antibodies that the test is detecting. Elisa's can also be used to detect antigens (the actual virus) as well. But this is not done for HSV. IgM antibodies are the antibodies that your body develops first towards any illness. They are much larger than the other antibodies you can produce. You also prodcue IgA , IgD and IgE in addition to the others and they all serve different purposes. For example, if you get tested for allergies, they will be looking for IgE antibodies. IgG antibodies are most numerous and are produced against pathogens over the long term. So here is a summary of how the test is performed:
You have a micro-well plate coated with HSV viral proteins You add the serum from the patient to a well on the plate, so if you have a plate with say 50 wells you can test that many samples including controls, blanks, calibrators, etc. If the antibodies are present in the patients serum they will bind to the proteins in the well as the plate incubates Then you wash the plate to remove unwanted things in the serum(other proteins, nonspecific antibodies, etc) and all you are left with is the binded antibody/antigen complex, if they are present. If not you only have the proteins that you started with coating the well. Then you have to add a detector linked to an enzyme(usually another antibody), which will bind to the antigen/antibody complex
You will perform another wash and any unbinded detector will be removed After that you add a substrate which will create a color change if the enzyme is present and bound to the complex, which means the test is positive. If the enzyme is not there, there will be no color change and that constitues a negative test. The absorbance of this color changed is measured and is proportional to the amount of antibodies present in the patients serum. So the higher the color change the more antibodies present.
This does not mean more virus necessarily, it simply means that you have a stonger immune response. So the numbers are not measuring the amount of virus they are measuring the amount of antibodies present at that time. This number will go up as your body is fighting and down while your body is on guard. If your body is able to completely remove the insult than over time the antibodies may drop to undetectable limits, but not necessarily completely gone. However, this low limit may still be ina range that we consider detectable. It varies from person to person. Your secondary immune system works on memory so even though the antibodies go undetectable doesn't mean they are gone all together. Your body will no longer see the need to produce them at such high levels if its not fighting the pathogen any longer.
So to address the concern on the values, you will not really see a perfect 0 because of other things in the serum, nonspecific binding and cross reactivity of other antibodies. But you will see low valuse such as 0.03. As for 0.91 this is considered indeterminant or unresolved so to speak, and the person needs to be retested.
Antibodies decline in half lifes, so it will happen in a mathmatical fashion over a period of time. This is certainly not an overnight process and again everyone is different so one figure will not apply to all. If I had to give a ball park it could take anywhere from 6mths to a few years. It is very complicated and there would be many contributing factors such as, time of infection, type of infection, strength of immune system, other infections, etc. So as you can see my reasons for not being as concerned with testing this early is simply because its not realistic, especially not with this type of virus. A lot of us had chicken pox as a child and if you tested for the antibodies now, most likely you would find nothing. Howvever, in some people you just might. Remember everyone is different. People get vaccinated all the time for things such as Hep B and over time we have to get booster shots because our antibodies have dropped. So it isn't unheard of, or impossible but it is time consuming and difficult to call. Not being able to directly just test for the virus at all times makes it really hard to say you no longer have this virus, so focusing on that aspect will make life even harder.
Diagnosis on an antibody test alone really depends on the doctor you see. Some doctors believe that an antibody test is only useful if the patient presents with symptoms or has had prior symptoms of the virus. This is because there are some lucky people out there who's immune system was strong enough to wipe the virus out and never truly become infected. Meaning that there was an exposure, but no infection. Then there are other doctors who think the antibody test is diagnostic alone because you will never know if the patient is having asymptomatic shedding. Meaning they were exposed and their bodies keep the virus in check and can still pass it on to others. So the best thing to do is be consider of others and inform them regardless.
So I hope this explaination helps someone and if anyone wants the break down of PCR and why its not done for routine screening I would be more than happy to do that at a later time or via email. As always I hope everyone is doing well, take care.

Okay, here's the scoop: I just got my blood work back... AND as I suspected, It was NEGATIVE for all STD's!!! :-) When I was tested, I never told the nurse that I had HSV 2, I just said I wanted to be tested for ALL STD's (especially herpes) to make absolutely sure I was clean of everything. Now, I know that western blood tests aren't always 100% accurate... so I'm not jumping for joy completely yet, but I'm convinced even more that I have kicked this shit out of my body. And I plan to go on with my life as if I am cured. I'm putting a lot of stock into positive thinking and as I said before, I feel or see no signs or symptoms of H and haven't for 8 moths! So that's it for me! I cannot say for sure if this will work for you though. I had a fairly low HSV count to begin with and I was only infected for about 4 or 5 months before I started taking anything. I would say it's worth a try.
So here's what I did and the dosage I took everyday for six weeks:
Lecithin: 2 x 1200mg per day (sorry Sociose, I only took 2400mg a day but I'm sure if you take 3000mg it could only help.
Lysine: 2 x 500mg per day.
Acyclovir: 2 x 200mg per day.
MedAvir: I applied only to OB's (when present) 3 times a day.
Pretty cheap and easy stuff to get and take. No harmful side effects... I felt nothing unusual when I was on these meds.
I really wish you all the best in finding a cure! I know you will! If my situation changes, I'll be back to let you know... Take care and God bless!
This is one MMS post I thought worth saving. I have followed up for more detail on his MMS doses. Will add this later should I hear back! FYI I have edited what follows, for typo's and clarity only. Great to hear a good news story.

Hey everyone again. I just want to let everyone know first thing that Im cured first and foremost thru Jehovah God and he His Son Jesus Christ!
Now im going to start from the beginning. Just follow these instructions and hopefully you get the same results has i did. I contracted HSV2 thru a female friend who didn't know had HSV. I got an OB and I to get tested and Dr. in the ER confirmed it through a swab test os HSV2. I was in Iraq when I got my second OB. After that I went through the internet try to find a way to get cured. I bought Resolve. Tried it, waited. Got two OB's afterwards. Lead me to believe that it wasnt the cure. After I bought Resolve I found this Website, talk to nice people like Kim, Sierra, DDD, Cali, etc.
I was desperate for a cure during my second OB. After looking around the internet I read alot of great results of HSV with MMS for internal use. Then I read that MedAvir Kills the virus externally and futher reading lead me to understand that the best way to kill the virus is let it all come out and kill it. Neeless to say i bought it.
My second OB was clear and gone by then, so i decided to wait for another OB. Never took any Valtrex or other pills. I didn't want a suppressant.
After I got my third OB, I was still in Iraq mind you, I decided to use the products I bought. I followed the instructions on both products. I started to take MMS starting the first day of my OB with the lowest drop to the largest, once I felt like my stomach couldn't take it anymore, I went back down the lowest drops and went back up. I did this for 3 months straight.
Then using MedAvir on the second day, as instructed. I did MedAvir until my skin was cleared up from the OB completely.
After a few months later I still had no OB's. Didn't think much of it. Came home from Iraq, then I went and got tested. Took an Western Blog test and IgG test and something close to PCR test with my local Dr. All test came back NEG! I took the test again two weeks ago, still came back NEG!
Hopefully this clears up any questions about how to use the product and what you must do, just follow the instructions and you won't go wrong.
Please again everyone, this worked for me, and i hope this works for all of you has well. With these two products it cost less than 100.00 dollars. One bottle of each should be enough. Again I DO NOT WORK FOR THESE COMPANIES, I DO NOT GET PAID TO REPRESENT ANY OF THESE COMPANIES, I DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT IF YOU BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!! The more people get cured out there the less people have to worry less about spreading a STD. These product work for me, if it doesnt work for you, keep looking what will. Im just a regular hubber that was looking for a cure just like all of you. Good luck everyone on finding a cure!"

Still nothing. No outbreaks. Just living my life. Really focused on earnig a living rather than a cure right now. No-on ehas posted negative that backs it up with a medical report, so I just don't believe a word of it. show me the money! Cheers!
11/22/09
CANNOT believe it's been a month since I've posted anything! So sorry. have been focusing on some other health issues. Nothing serious... unless you ask my GP. Cholesterol is still out of control. always has been. But pressure has been mounting by family and friends to do something about it so I have started taking some meds. HATE IT!!!
Nothing much to say at this juncture. Not taking anything for HSv. Still no outbreaks, but can;t say why. Wonder from time to time if the "itch" is |it" or just an itch. have decided if a scratch resilves it then it is just an itch! Skin sometimes does that... contrary to what I read! ;o)
Haven't been onthe blogs in a while either so I don;t know if there is anything new... or what the "magic bullet" of the month is. Will have a look and let you know if I find anything!
Cheers

So the results are in. Had intended to scan them and post my before and after test results. But after not getting it done in over two weeks figure I'll just post the results. Positive. Yep. So no breakouts and symptoms but still positive. So is it possible that I am cured and the results are just tracking AB residuals. Possible I guess. But I can't live with maybe. So the search goes on.
Been following the blogs and haven't seen anything that sounds like a next step yet. I'll let you know!
Keep the faith!!
9/22/09
So still don't have the Western Blot results. Getting frustrated! My GP said he'd call me if there was anything newsworthy but when you've tested positive what would be considered newsworthy?
Have been following the blogs and there seem to be a lot of people trying MMS with promising results. This is very encouraging! On the other side there is really still no confirmed case of anyone being cured by any meathod. Lots of "cures" being promoted but when push comes to shove no-one has posted negative results that have stayed negative. There must be a cure out there... is MMS it?
9/15/09
Just in case anyone is following this blog an update is in order. Went to see the GP this morning. Blood pressure is down. HIV negative. PSA normal... along with a bunch of other stuff. Cholesterol off the chart. Have a new script for that. guess I'd better get on it or risk dropping dead. Now how fun would that be to drop dead of a heart attach and not be able to torment TC! And now the results we've all been waiting for... ready? wait for it? what do you think? Negative? Positive? Well ... the results.... are not in yet! AUG!!!! Will call next week!
9/10/09
Just read a blog by a guy who thinks his "5 years of research" is worth a donation to have a peak. His current post suggests that MMS, at 15 drops a day for two days is "the" cure. Dam and I spent all that time reading, researching, weighing different protocols, working up to 15 drops a dose, three times a day, and all I had to do was down a sickening dose of MMS for a weekend and "Poof", I'm cured! I wonder how many fools have donated... maybe I should charge for this blog!!! Na, that just seems wrong!
So I now understand why so many people have had to sit on their hands waiting for their results. The adhesive from the band-aid hasn't even worn off and I'm already anxious. What a fast food world we live in. Anyway I think we're still two weeks away. Still not hoping for much... but wouldn't it be too great! Think about it. Resolve would be instantly out of business, and Dave would need to find a new job. Perhaps one that doesn't prey on the desperate hopes of desperate people. David Flowers would finally stop talking about fungus. And the bunch of us who have tried and hoped for so long would finally have an answer... yes it would be just too great!!! Cheers!
9/03/09
Just a quick update. Did plan to spend three days in the sun last week but it rained all weekend so no go there. Wasn't able to bring on an o/b.
So I finally screwed up my courage and went for another test. Don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but truthfully I'm not expecting much. If MMS was the cure there would be more news about it on the web. Even those that do claim that they were cured using MMS have never posted before and after results, and with all the scams I've seen if it isn't proven then I don't believe it! It was a western medical test that told me I had HSV, so how then can I be "cured" and have the same test say otherwise. PLEASE! Resolve and True Cures haven't cured shit!
I doubt very much that by some devine miracle I will be the first confirmed cure using MMS. Just wanted to give anyone following this hub a heads up... but appreciate the support anyway! Cheers!
8/25/09
So I went to see the GP today. My weight is up slightly, I'm still over 6 feet, and have some minor medical issues that will need to be watched.
I did ask for some opinions on HSV. His thoughts were that while the virus is dorment the A/B count would decrease. May explain some near negative test results I've read about on different blogs. I also picked up a copy of my Western Blot tests, and was discouraged to find that they in fact did not show an A/B count, but merely confirm that I am positive for both HSV 1 and 2. Also picked up a requisition for a new test. Need to set up another appointment for that. Don't get all excited. Results are three weeks or more away, depending when I have a chance to get to the lab.
Have a pile of thoughts on David Flowers and True Cures. Suffice to say that he is a worm! See him at your peril. If you cross him he will post your name on his blogs and blackmail you. More on that later but you have been put on notice. Did I mention he is a worm... or was it a fungus?
8/20/09
So the summer ticks by and there have been no signs of an outbreak. I've done everything I can think of to bring one on. Even tempted fate by leaving my medication at home on weekend trips in the sun!!! Sometimes i think I feel an itch... and like everyone am thrown into a mild panic... but so far a scratch seems to relieve it, and I can't say that my original site of infection itches any more than any other spot on this body of mine. I really do think that sometimes an itch is just an itch, and HSV can't be blamed for ever ache and pain I have. Afterall I'm not getting any younger!
So I've booked an appointment with my GP. Been two years since my last physical. So it's time. Lots of trepidation surrounding this visit. haven't got a firm handle on it but I think it has to do with the "what if's". What if I test positive again. Then what? What if I test negative? Can I trust the results? Now I understand why so many other bloggers keep their test results to themselves.
8/13/09
So my protocol has been vindicated. Way down there I mentioned that I had started mixing MMS with far more water than JH originally suggested. (Seem to recall another blogger chastising that route!) Well JH himself now says:
"JUST A REMINDER - JIM'S NEW AND PROVEN MMS STRATEGY: If you take a mere two-drop activated MMS dose every two hours, all day for several days (and nights if you can), always backing off if nausea sensations appear, then over time you will have cleared away pathogens without climbing to the former goal which was 15 drops or more. With two-drop doses, add plenty of water so that you can't taste the MMS. Water does not thin or reduce the beneficial ClO2 ions - they are locked in the water for about 1.5 hours. If you can't drink the full glass, drink the second half 15 minutes later."
Also see protocol on "handling viruses":
http://JimHumbledotbiz/biz-handlingviruses.htm
So there you go. Not as stupid as I look! Now there is no need to deal with that horrible taste! Yea!
8/4/09
133 days post MMS and no outbreaks. Just returned from three days in the sun...er... and rain, and nothing. I have an itch or two, but they are either bug bites, sunburn, or from having shaved for the first time in days. Funny thing is that most skin itches get resolved with a quick unconscious scratch. But let an itch appear where I get outbreaks and I pause and wonder.
7/28/09
Still no news on the OB front. Nothing. BUT I do have some news. I was chatting with a trusted friend in health care tonight about antibody counts. My question was basically if HSV is latent does that mean the body would produce fewer antibodies in response, ie causing falling antibody counts in the a/b tests while still tecnically positive. She's going to check her health care data bases she has access to and get back to me! I'll let you know as soon as I know!
7/21/09
Today's note is really only to (yawn!) keep you all up to date. Nothing new. Absolutely nothing! There are some MMS users testing at this time so we'll see if there is any news. But the medical community doesn't sayHSV in incurable because of some huge conspiracy. They say it because... well... it's uncurable! Just like chicken pox. You don't have shingles every month like HSV, but shingles does happen decades later... from the same virus wegot as a child. So HSV seems like the same thing.... That's kind of my negative feelings these days because all the test results I have seen recently from Resolve and TC are not encouraging... BUT I can still come on here week after week with no news... so that's something! Have a good one. Will update in a few days!
7/17/09
So the window for a sun induced outbreak is now well passed. So no luck this time. lol. Been under a fair amount of stress so that is usually another trigger. Still nothing. Haven't bought groceries in a while so am down to living from cans and the freezer. So my diet sucks. And I drink enough coffee to keep a small country in business. But nothing. This is good!
So the jury seems to be in on Resolve. It hasn't worked for anyone. From what I can tell EVERYONE who has used it still tests positive. The R bubble is about to burst and i suspect Dave will find some other snake oil product to peddle.
True Cures rants on. Same deal there. No negative tests anywhere. i wouldn't buy a ticket to see him just yet. Wait for some proof!
MMS. Well there isn't really any news there either. No one has tested negative. Tech came close and her next round might do it. I'm sitting on the sidelines waiting.... for what I don't know!
7/12/09
So it's been a week now. If I was going to get an outbreak it should have happened by now. Just letting you all know that there is still nothing to say. How very boring. No outbreak. No drama!... hmmm.. I do have an ingrown toenail! ;o)
7/9/09
Peeling like a snake... but nothing. no itching, no outbreak, no nothing! Just wanted to let you all know!
7/6/09
Just a quick update. i now officially feel I have done all I can to provoke an outbreak. just spent 5 days on the water, sunburned crisp! lips are wind blown and chapped...but no OB. Not even a tingle... I'm talking nothing! So all in all so far so good!
6/29/09
I began to worry about loosing everything pre-post 90 due to a tech error... so a new caplet! (that made sense right?)
So it's time for a break. I'm tired of work and never catching up, so I'm going to head for the hills for a few days and enjoy the sun. Yup! Sun! Full on, sunburning, skin destroying, hsv1 & 2 provoking sun. Can't afford to test right now but I can sure as hell temp the fates! Sun and wind are my triggers and by gaud we're going to pull the trigger... and hard! (I'll probably end up with dam skin cancer... not wouldn't that be a kick in the ass!)
So I have absolutely no signs of hsv. No tingles. No swelling. Nothing. I'm disappointed with some of the test results coming in from others. Both from Resolve and MMS. I wish them the best moving forward. Still no-one that I can find on-line did the 15 drops 3 times a day. But there is no reason to be optimistic. I'm watching Tech's results in particular to see if her AB count continues to drop. Fingers crossed!
Post MMS Day 90
6/19/09
Hmmmm ... day 90. Need to process what that means. Over 90 days without a breakout. Actually far more. I'll need to go back and have a look.
Tech's numbers dropped since her first test. So why does getting tested again seem so ominous? Probably because a positive test would be so discouraging. At least not knowing leaves a sense of faint hope alive! Ug! Is 90 days enough? I need a coffee, and some quiet time to ponder next steps!
Oh... and all is well around here. Still have the same problems so many people are struggling through, but things are getting better. If you hit your head against a wall long enough eventually your head will heal... and sometimes the wall does give up!!!
6/15/09
Just checking in. Nothing new... almost time to set up an appointment to see the GP. Ug! He;s going to complain about my cholesterol... wonder if I can loose 20 pounds in the next week or two.
6/12/02
Tick-tock,tick-tock. So nothing much to talk about. Life continues, the economy makes life stressful, and the waiting game leads to a rather dull blog. But I've kept it current all this time so onward and upward. Nothing to report. No outbreaks, No itches!
I have been taking my lecithin almost daily. I say almost because I know there have been a few days where out of sight was out of mind. It's kind of bland stuff so after MMS it is a non-event. Still there has been some success on the blogs associated with it so I'll keep on for the rest of the container.
6/9/09
Sorry for not posting. Been following the blogs. Strange how so few people test negative. I recall a medical friend of mine suggesting that my positive HSV2 test results could indicate that I had been exposed by a previous partner but that it didn't necessarily mean that I was infected. Same idea was suggested on a local free clinic's web page. So I'm left to wonder if at least some of the "cured" people I've read about perhaps were never infected... just a thought... don't send hate mail! I know every-one loves/hates their individual cures.
Now me I'm still OB free. My paranoia makes me suspect but sometimes an itch can just be an itch. I guess the logic I use is that if it's satisfied by one scratch then its just an itch. (Read not "nerve damage".or an outbreak!) That's all I've got.
6/1/09
Everyone... ok so after Tech's results I looked up the free clinic to check out anonomous testing and read this, "The standard, widely available blood test is not a useful test for diagnosing herpes because it will not differentiate between HSV I and HSV II. Most people have been exposed to HSV I (even though they are not actually infected with it) and will therefore test positive for HSV antibodies in their blood. For this reason, this blood test for HSV is not recommended for diagnosis of herpes."
What's that? You can test positive even though you're not actually infected? If I've done this MMS program and only now find out that I may have never been infected with HSV2 will I be really pissed off!
So I'm sick. Have a sore throat. Which is sad. taking vit C! But there is still no sign of an OB... which is glad. So there you go! Cold sore not showing up through a cold. Progress?
I'm single again. Also very sad. She's truely great! Will drop a note about the whole thing once I've had some time to digest it all. Know HSV had no small role in all of this. We've spent a lot of time talking about it. I know she was very concerned. Can't blame her. Still sad!
5/27/09
So first and foremost thank-you for the emails of support! I didn’t really appreciate that anyone read this blog. (Denni and Tech might find it amusing that a request for them to get in touch caused a lift in hits. Too funny!) Second there is nothing new to report. Getting some new ball joints but that’s it for news.
I’ve been considering for 5 days now the idea that this blog is no longer anonymous. My initial reaction is slowly being displaced by rationality. ‘Rationally’ anyone who has known me for any length of time also knows that every so often I get a cold sore, although for the most part they are so minor that I’m the only one who knows about an outbreak. What they probably don’t know is that it is likely 9/10 people have HSV1 by my age, and most are asymptomatic. So I concluded that issue doesn’t really matter. The HSV2 is a bit more personal, because it is less ‘public’, but also because for me it’s a bit of a dark cloud, because I don’t know where the site of infection is, having never had a definitive outbreak. Even this is a bit of a red herring, because one statistic I read said that by my age 1 out of 2 people carry the virus.
The only other consideration that weighs into this is that for 6 weeks I took an untried, possibly toxic substance into my body in an effort to rid the virus, all based on a rather odd gentleman Jim whom I'm quite convinced may not be all there. I consider myself a fairly balanced, well educated, rational person, so most people who know me would be shocked if they knew why I was deathly ill for all those weeks. I gathered up as much information as I could, asked advice of those in the health care industry that could offer a considered opinion, and then moved forward anyway! So all in all if the MMS didn’t work then I’m going to feel a bit like a nit, something I’d just as well keep private!
5/26/09
Spent a glorious day in the sun this weekend. No sunblock. Sunburned nose. Nothing more. So we'll just keep staying the course and see what happens.
I read on a blog a while ago that suggested lecithin being a possible cure for HSV. Don't believe it for a second. But I work on the fringe of the health food industry so asked a contact in the industry about it. They suggested a couple of tablespoons a day for optimal effect, so that's what I've been doing for a couple of weeks now. I'm using "Now" Lecithin Granules. I just take it straight. It is virtually tasteless and has a palatable texture. I had planned not to do any other protocol until I test. But what the hell. If anything worked readers can do lecithin as well. At least it's good for you! ;o)
Have had an interesting development. The woman I've been seeing discovered this blog. Has left me feeling like someone has been reading my diary. Not that there's much in here that she didn't already know. But sharing my journey anonymously in the hope that it might help someone else benefit from my experience had some esoteric value. It is completely different having someone I know who knows me read it. If she had asked me directly I likely wouldn't feel so uncomfortable. But she didn't. I'm feeling like my personal private space has been violated. Not to suggest that the feeling is logical given that the space is widely public on the web.
I wasn't going to post anything about it, but after some consideration I came to realize that because of the stigma HSV carries it is an extremely personal condition. If I was diagnosed with cancer the world would rush to offer support. Have a std and you feel shunned. HSV is as much emotional as physical, perhaps more so. So now that I've gone through MMS and am waiting to test, perhaps this area requires some consideration. I doubt I'm the only one out here who feels this way.
I'm not sure how much longer I'll leave this blog up. If it has any value send me an email. Perhaps I'll start another.
5/19/09
Ok so yet another 3 days on the water and in the sun and wind. Sunburned my face. Didn't use sunblock. Drank a bit, but not a bit too much. Still nothing. What do I have to do to get an outbreak??? :o)
Anyway there is still nothing to report. Based on everything I've read there is no point getting tested at this juncture. 90 days seems to be the minimum period before the antibody count drops down far enough to test negative. Guess we'll have to wait some more!
5/13/09
So 4 days in the sun, waves, wilderness. No sun block. No outbreaks! No tingles. No nothing. Well there was too much food, too much booze, too much coffee. But otherwise nothing! :o)
5/6/09
So for the last while I'm beginning to think that I'm going to die of sun and alcohol poisoning. Yesterday I spent the full afternoon in the sun playing hookey from work and drinking beer! Then after sunset more drinking... then after midnight a wee bit more just for...er... well actually stupidity! Must stop drinking! Liver sore! On the other hand not so much as a tingle! Nothing! Nada!
I now realize that I was almost comfortable with my outbreaks. Go in sun, don't use sunscreen. Get outbreak. Very predictable! Now with nothing happening I'm left wondering.. is it gone? Am I still infected? Is it going to come back just after I begin to believe maybe its really gone? Unpredictable is unnerving!
On the down side I'm hitting some real fear based walls with my significant other. Can't disagree with her concern. Articles and photos on the web are terrifying. Part of me thinks I was happier before I knew I was infected. Not that you can go back. Just that my life has been changed forever... and somehow that's difficult to accept!
5/4/09
So today was spent on a sunny patio all day drinking beer. The most obvious result is a serious hangover. The somewhat surprising result is still no outbreak. I really don't know what to make of this! Am I just into serious remission or does that strange little man from Mexico really know something?
4/28/09
Still nothing.... sorry to be sooooo very boring. If this keeps up I'll need to redefine my entire persona! Nice problem to have! :o)
4/26/09
Spent the day yesterday exactly as I wanted to. Didn't do a lick of paperwork, spent time out in the sun, wind, and waves. Put sunblock on my face to prevent getting burned, but not on my lips! Those were left open to the elements! Evening did some very fine dining with someone special, and slept the sleep of the content. Woke up this morning and.... nothing. I still think I feel some itching from time to time, but nothing like I used to feel pre outbreak, and with a scratch or a rub its usually satisfied... so there you go! Still nothing!
4/21/09
So a full month since I ended my MMS doses. So what's new... well certainly not an out-break. I am beginning to believe that perhaps there might be something to MMS. I didn't get out into as much sun this weekend as I had hoped, just not as much of it around as they called for.
On another note I did realise recently that I do feel like I have more energy. Now there are perhaps many reasons for that. days are longer so more light. I'm o/d'ing on coffee recently. I may or may not be eating better. But there is no question my energy level has greatly improved. We'll see how long that lasts.
Have been thinking about "maintenance" doses of MMS. Perhaps 'll take a dose this weekend. If what JH claims is true then I should still be largely free of parasirtes and viruses and therefore should have a nominal if any reaction!
4/17/09
Sorry to bore everyone but still nothing. I find myself constantly biting my lip where I usually get my outbreak because it feels so... hmmm... well thin! There used to be a thickness to it that hasn't been there in months now. I can't seem to bring on an outbreak. It used to be easy. A few hours in the sun without sunscreen and lip balm was all it took! This weekend I intend to spend boating and gardening with neither. If I'm cured then all I'll get is a burn! Wouldn't that be great? To spend the day in the sun with the only worry being that I get a sunburn... wow... just like "normal" people!
On another note, after consuming way too much coffee the other night I ended up on classmates till the wee hours of the morning. Couldn't sleep so went looking for old friends and found one. Her married name appeared on classmates, so I googled her and discovered she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, went the chemotherapy and surgery route, then reconstructive surgery, and now is a cancer survivor. Beautiful woman inside and out. So pleased to hear she's doing OK. Helps keep HSV in perspective! Just something to think about.
4/13/09
Easter has come and gone. Stressed over the big dinner thing. Didn't get out much but was shopping and the like... and still nothing. 23 days post MMS and nothing. Been nothing now since early Feb? OK... So this is more interesting by the day!
4/10/09
OK so another day in the sun with zero affect! Now the sun hasn't been strong enough to cause a burn, so I don't know if it counts. Nevertheless there are no symptons again dispite my best efforts! :o) This is becoming a good news story!
4/8/09
Nothing! Still nothing! I'm going to have to start drinking more at the beach! Hmmm... first we need to get rid of the snow!
4/6/09
Still nothing, mind you I took the weekend to do cleaning.... my place is looking really bad! Time to purge! did lots, still have lots to do! Will post every 2-3 days. No news is good news. Will need to get a test at some poing but don't know when. Probably 12 weeks...
4/4/09
OK so how dull can this be? Totally dull. No o/b, no symptoms...no nothing! Too cloudy here today to challenge fate in the sun. Cheers!
Post MMS Day 11
3/31/09
So I really can't measure any success by the genital "outbreak" I experienced a number of weeks ago. I have no history to compare it to nor a confirmation that it was anything other than a rash.
BUT I am intimately familiar with my oral outbreaks. The feeling of itchiness. The swollen feeling just below the surface. The redness that appears before the blisters and sores appear. Yes there are few days I am not aware of it, although as I have mentioned before my actual outbreaks are limited to 2-3 a year. Well 11 days since I couldn't bare even one more dose of MMS I have NOTHING to report, except there is nothing to report... and I've been trying to initiate an outbreak, but with no luck. This goes on for another 4-5 weeks I'm going to have to get some blood work done! Cheers
Post MS Day 9
3/29/09
Just decided to log on today to drop a note about my outbreak...I don't have one! I have tried! I spent 3 hours out again in the sun. No sunblock. No lip balm. No outbreak. Again I don't always get outbreaks in the sun, but when I started this blog I was having an outbreak from an hour ride on a snowmobile in the sun....
I'm also feeling like I'm not as tired as I used to be. Did MMS cause a descrease in my "viral load"? I just don't know! Too early to say! Cheers
Post MMS Day 8
3/28/09
Ok so I'm getting tired of thios blog. Nothing new. No o/b... but as you know I never really did get many!
So I keep having what I'm now calling phantom tingling. I almost never got tingling without an outbreak. Now I'm feeling like it's tingling, I rub it a bit and it's gone. So who knows? I went out into the sun yet again. Full on for three hours without sunblock or lip balm. Nothing! I mean nothing! Is it possible that MMS really has beat this thing? Well there's nothing on the web that I can find to show it does...We'll see. I will say I have come to chewing on my bottom lip where I used to get outbreaks. There's nothing there! Somehow I think it does "feel" different. We'll see.... afain so much of HSV is mental and emotional!
Still need to write a recap on MMS... maybe this weekend.
Post MMS Day 5
3/25/09
So far no symptoms, no outbreaks!
Post MMS Day 3
3/23/09
So Friday was my last dose. Mentioned that I would do a recap of my MMS. Haven’t had much time over the weekend so will try to get it done this week. Will keep editing this entry so keep an eye out for changes.
Feel the first proof is in the pudding. The best way for me to bring on an outbreak is to spend some time out in the sun without any sun-block or lip balm. So last weekend I went out in the sun for the afternoon. Felt some minor sun and wind burn, but nothing! No outbreak. So this weekend I did a repeat! 4+ hours out in the sun. This time I did think there was some tingling, but noticed it also seemed to be on my chin where I’ve never had an outbreak, so I’m thinking that it might have just been minor sun and wind burn, mixed with some paranoia! Could also be that I was heading out that evening so had to shave off 3 days of beard! 48 hours later there is nothing. No outbreak, no tingling, no nothing... Now I want to get a real tan and see what happens! (Yes testing the fates!)
The outbreak/rash that I had on my genitals seems to be gone. The jury is still out on what it was. As it healed it did take on the appearance of a circular series of small red spots, so I just don’t know. If it ever returns I’ll have to head to the clinic and get a swab test done to confirm what it is.
I have a dose of Shacro on the way. Not sure when I’ll start that up. I kind of want to confirm first if the MMS made a difference. There have been some on the web that have been cured by similar treatments (MMS I mean) so I need to confirm my MMS results before moving to the next. Otherwise who’s to say what works and what doesn’t? The whole purpose of this blog was to help me to keep track of my progress, and assist others through my experiences! So if in 45 days or so I’m outbreak free I’ll get some blood work done and see what happened!
More later on the MMS journey! Cheers
Day 47 on MMS, Day 7 (14)@45 drops
3/20/09
Today's dose 1x15 drops with 3 cups juice.
2x15 drops with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups juice.
So if you've been following along then you know that I just received a new supply of MMS from Assembly of CEH, another of Jim Humbles "approved" suppliers. Smaller dropper hole and all that. Well in order to take MMS I've developed quite a routine. Turn on kitchen fan FIRST so that the fumes don't fill my house. Well last night I realized that I didn't need the fan. The MMS didn't smell as strong as the first batch. So now I'm wondering if the first batch was too strong or if this new batch in green bottles isn't strong enough. One would think they should be the same... no? Guess this is what you get when you use witches potions...
Just as a follow up note, the batch i mixed up this morning was stronger than last night. Worked out and had a Guinness so maybe my nose wasn't working properly. Not sure what the difference is but we're back to normal today.
Just a note on side affects. Must say today there are virtually none. Feel pretty good. Still feel tired about an hour after a dose but it seems to pass. But the stomach feels good. Bowel is happy. No weird aches and pains. I don't know! Maybe I should mix up a a batch later with my old MMS and see if there is a difference. This is getting way too easy! I'm almost tempted to cut back on the juice... I said almost!
Cheers
Day 46 on MMS, Day 6 (13)@>45 drops
3/19/09
3x15 drops with 1 cup water, 2 cups juice so far.
Heading out so just a quick comment. Do have some nausea following my dose, but it does seem to pass in an hour or so. Stomach doesn't like MMS. Have a low level ache in there that isn't nausea. So I guess I'm coming though the process. Either I've grown accustomed to the toxicity of MMS or it has done some of what Humble claims and has cleaned out stuff over the last 6 weeks. Either way I think I'm done tomorrow with MMS. Noticed one blogger who is doing the 15 drops 3 times a day for three weeks. Think they are going to test in a month... guess I'll do so as well if I don't have any outbreaks.in the interim period. We'll see.
Have taken my second dose of the day and although I feel tired, which is my status quo these days, I actually feel pretty good! No nausea, no stomach pain, no problems with my stool. Perhaps MMS has done something... or maybe I can now drink arsenic without fear! Who knows. Will watch the blogs though to see if anyone tests negative. After this will probably follow Denni's lead with Shacro... not sure it's an answer, but then I\m not sure of anything these days!
Will write a post mortem on this process this weekend. It has mostly been a tough road, both from negative energy on the blogs, outbreaks, new relationship failures, and past ones spewing bile. Gaud what life throws at us!
More later.
Day 45 on MMS, Day 6(12)@>45 drops
3/18/09
3x15 drops with 1 cup water, 2 cups juice.
Went out last night for St Paddi's day. After my experience from the weekend I've learned my lesson and held at 1.5 pints. Seem to be OK this morning. But as I discovered yesterday I've been somewhat "overdosing" for a while, so now I'm back to where I should be. Still tastes like crap though!
Physically I don't have much to add. The stool situation seems to have settled down. Will say that Humble's claim that it passes fast is true. But unlike his belief that it is caused by "virus shedding" I'm still convinced that it is in fact a reaction to the toxicity of MMS at higher concentrations. I know that many using MMS will get all excited reading this... but my belief is supported by real experts with real degrees, so I can't hide my head in the ground and ignore the science when it says I'll have this reaction at this concentration and I do.
Notice I'm not needing as much of a carrier? The smaller drops are meaning MMS is drinkable with less volume of carrier... reinforces my belief that I was further along than I thought i was. Everything seems to be going well. System has settled down. Small burn in my stomach but can tollerate it for another day. Have decided to end this stage of my cure tomorrow. I signed up for 2 weeks at 15 drops, and tomorrow is it. I'm satisfied that it has had a fair chance to work. (2-3 months... are you kidding me?) 47 days is enough for me!
Think herpes may has actually ruined a new relationship. Not so much because of her concerns... although she has some... but more because it has become so all encompassing in my life! It doesn't affect the mind but it does mess it up!
Will write more later. Have some work to do.
Day 44 on MMS, Day 5@45 drops
3/17/09
1x15 drops with 5 cups water.
1x15 drops with 1 1/2 cups water, 2 cups juice.
1x15 drops with 1 1/2 cups water, 2 cups juice.
OK so I ran out of juice last night, (dumb dumb dumb!) and used chicken broth. Seemed to work OK but not sure what the affect on the MMS might have been. So this morning I figured I'd just use water. BAD idea. It went down, it came back up... with a vengeance. So there is a BIG difference between water and juice! Don't know why... just is! Need to head out and find juice today! :o)
Well my replacement dose of MMS arrived here today in wee green bottles. About to do my afternoon dose. I am afraid! Will it be stronger than what I've been using? Remember below where I mentioned that some of the MMS had crystalized! Shit... I'm worried! Wish me luck!
OK so before I took my dose I measured the size of the dropper hole. The one I've been using is 3mm vs 2.5mm for the new one. That's about a 20% difference. So I ran down to the drug store and picked up a siringe to test the theory. True enough. Almost exactly 20% more!!! ..Which means I've been on the equilivant of 45 drops OR MORE since day 33, and the equilivant of 18 drops for 5 days. No bloody wonder I've felt like shit the whole time! Also means I'm done with my two week test of MMS this Friday! VERY HAPPY! YEA! Cheers!
Day 43 on MMS, Day 4@45 drops
3/16/09
1x15 drops with 1 cup water and 2 1/2 cups concord grape juice so far.
1x15 drops with 1 cup water, 3 cups applejuice
1x15 drops with 1 cups water, 3 cups chicken broth.
OMG was i ever sick last night. Bloated. Gas. Cramps. No way could get down my last dose. Guests went home early, including the new girlfriend. All bad really. Really annoyed because I worked pretty hard getting the place cleaned up and dinner made.
On the upside it was a pretty nice day here yesterday so spent a fair amount of time out in the sun, despite feeling like shit. Decided not to use any sunscreen or lip balm. Today no tingling, no itch... nothing. Where is my outbreak! LOL
So I'm thinking that I need to stay off booze until this is done. Not that I drink a lot but my system is already pushed to the limit with MMS so perhaps even moderate alcohol over-stresses the liver or something.
Had to use chicken broth because I ran out of juice. Bought a jug of apple vinigar instead of apple juice. AUG! Too funny!
Day 42 on MMS, Day 3@45 drops
3/15/09
Today's Dose: 1x15 drops with 2 cups water and 2 cups apple juice.
1x15 drops with cups water and 2 cups grape juice.
So this was tough last night. Had a night of shooters with friends... maybe not friends the way I feel this morning. BUT did my 15 drops last night and again this morning... so good for me! Can't say I'm enjoying it this morning, but last night it was pretty easy! ;o)
Ok so it is the afternoon, my diarrhoea is in full swing, my bowels and stomach are churning... none of this is fun. So I think I can say with fair certainty that I can't take a late dose. i know I keep saying that but I still try to squeeze it in when i miss one! When will I learn??? And I have dinner plans tonight! Aug! I feel like shit... could also be a result of the shooters! :o)
Day 41 on MMS, Day 2 @ 45 drops
Today's Dose: 3x15 drops with 1 3/4 cups water and 1 3/4 cups apple juice.
So spent most of yesterday trying to catch up from a late morning dose. The price was nausea all day. Today I'm starting on time, and hoping that things go better.
So i've been doing a lot of web time this week. Feeling like this is isn't the wonder cure I was hoping it was. First nobody whose blog I was following is moving to 3x15 drops, or have discontinued their posts completely. Some have run off to faith healers. No problem if it works... so I'm watching them. The test will be in the blood test. Can't see heading down that road without them. But when I started this I had people on the road ahead of me that I was following. Now the road ahead is empty and without hope.
Haven't noted it before but have read in other posts a feeling of exhaustion on MMS. Agree completely. It does wipe you out! Either because of parasite/virus cleansing or maybe just because it's toxic! Have been dealing with nausea yesterday and today, as well as some diarrhoea. My conclusion is that the MMS is still getting into my system regardless of the concentration of the medium I take it with. Could also be the apple juice. Think I'm going to dilute the MS more from now on to see it I can avoid some of the side affects. Maybe it remains stronger with apple juice. Don't know.
Saw a posting from TC that 1 in 50,000 might be cured through MMS. Wonder how many are on it! ;o)
I originally got on MMS for altruistic reasons. I had started seeing someone new and didn't want to risk passing the virus on to her. We've been in a holding pattern while I wait for the outcome of MMS. Since my blood work showed hsv2 I've been worried that perhaps I have an infection site I don't know about. (Still wondering about that rash.) I simply can't do it nor risk it! I was also wondering about my ex.I was thinking if I could find a cure by using myself as a lab rat I could clear my karmic debt. If she did catch it hsv2 from me do I not hold some obligation to solve it? If I caught HSV2 from her than do I pass the cure onto her? Probably! It would be easier to hold that position if she weren't such a bitch in the meantime... but hey... need to keep the end in mind.
Day 40 on MMS Day 1 @ 45 drops
3/13/09
Today's Dose: 3x15 drops with 1 3/4 cups water and 1 3/4 cups apple juice.
Didn't get much sleep last night. Dealing with angry people seems to push me away from centre, and leaves me feeling exhausted, my mind racing to solve the unsolveable. So I was late rising this morning and didn't get my first dose until 10:30! So my first day at 3x15 may not happen.
So I was able to push bach my afternoon dose an hour to try to get back on schedule. As expected I have felt like s__t all afternoon. On schedule everything seems to work. Go off it and pay. So I'm going to down my last 15 drop dose of the day and head to bed. Tomorrow we get back on schedule!
Day 39 on MMS 30>30drops
3/12/09
Today's Dose: 1x14 drops with 1 3/4 cups water and 1 3/4 cups apple juice.
1x15 drops with 1 3/4 cups water and 1 3/4 cups apple juice
1x15 drops with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 blueberry juice. (ran out of everything!)
So the "rash", irritation, outbreak... whatever you want to call it on my genitals has all but passed, and things are getting back to normal. Who would have thought that there would come a day where I was putting news like this onto the web. But in the interest of those following my results, and others finding their own path, there you go.
The dose of MMS this morning has left me feeling a little ill. Again not brutal but there. If it passes then tomorrow I'll go 3x15 and start counting! In two weeks I intend to head out for a stiff drink! I guess the other thing I'll want to try to do is pick a really sunny day and go out without sun screen, Who needs a blood test when the sun will tell me everything I need t know. Hmmm of course if I don't have an OB then I guess in a month or so I'll need to get a blood test!
One last thing. if you've been following this blog then you know when I started on the MMS I was having an outbreak on my lip. Oddly enough even when I wasn't having an outbreak I was strangely aware of that spot. Well over the last two weeks, and this may sound strange, the absence of the "herpes feeling" has left me chewing on the spot looking for that certain feel. Not that I want it back!!
On another note I referred a client to my ex. today. Just seemed a nice thing to do. We haven't been in touch for months. It's any-body's guess who gave who hsv2, but if my "rash" is more than that then my guess it was she to me. Well although the breakup was painful for me I somehow always thought that someday we would end up as friends. I can only say that today she was toxic. Simply venomous...and I was just trying to be nice... I simply don't understand why people are like that!
Day 38 on MMS 29>30 drops
3/11/09
Today's Dose: 2x14 drops with 1 2/3 cups water and 1 2/3 cups blueberry juice, 1x15 drops with 1 3/4 cups water and 1 3/4 cups apple juice.
15 drops. Thought I’d never get here, and given the bonehead move last night there’s no way to know if I’m using full strength MMS. But for tonight I’m going to have a mini celebration for having hit 15 drops. I’ll update this when I get my new supply and try it at the same level! if there is no difference then I stay the course for two weeks once I get to 3x15. if there is a difference then the two weeks begin from the later date... cheers!
Day 37 on MMS 28>30 drops
3/10/09
Today's Dose: 1x13 + 2x14 drops with 1 2/3 cups water and 1 2/3 cups blueberry juice.
Stupid Canada Tricks... So I have this huge bottle of MMS, that I fill a wee bottle from. Well i notice tonight when I'm filling my wee bottle that there is a "sand like" sound in the bottom. So i pour it out and discover that the solution has partially crystalized, so I grab my MMS book, figure warming it up will restore it to a liquid, which goes as planned. Then I think that I should pour back the contents of the wee bottle... except I grab my citric acid bottle in error... and activate a whole pile of MMS. I now have the cleanest pipes in the world! Went on line and ordered more MMS... fortunately I still have some in the correct wee bottle!
OK so here’s what’s happening today. Each dose results in a low level nausea. Sometimes it lasts for an hour, sometimes much longer. I did notice that this morning’s dose affects had dissipated by this afternoon, so I upped the dose to 14 drops. The immediate effect is nausea, not debilitating but certainly not comfortable. Part of it is real, but part is just a pavlovian response to MMS. I’m noticing a lot of those these days. A glass of water; The timer bell on the stove; Fruit juice; All now I associate with the foul taste of MMS, all will be met with dread for years to come!
So I’m working from bed... not uncommon for me... just trying to keep the end in mind. It will be a long two weeks!
So I'm feeling pretty good given I did a 14 drop dose this afternoon. I'm planning on another tonight, then hopefully sleeping the sleep of the dead! Didn't get much again last night.
Now here's a thought. I've been feeling a bit ill over the last week from the MMS, and that was after a week of feeling pretty good. Had me feeling discouraged. So what if the ill feeling was brought on by the outbreak, and now that it's fading the 14 drop doses of MMS aren't bothering me as much anymore. Possible? Probably not. But wouldn't it be nice if it were and this last outbreak is the end of HSV in me! Makes me think about Resolve when you fail to get rid of the virus. When it doesn't work they send you step 3, which is CLO2, and step one, which I understand leads to outbreaks... perhaps you need to be having an outbreak for the MMS to work! We'll see!
Day 36 on MMS 27>30 drops
3/9/09
Today's Dose: 2x 13 drops with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups blueberry juice. 1x14drops with 1 2/3 cups water & 1 2/3 cups blueberry juice.
So just an update. Back on schedule after the weekend. Do experience some nausea after each dose, but it seems to be passing after an hour or two, so I guess that’s good. Am finding the process more than challenging. More psychological than physical. Even with juice this stuff is really hard to take. Understand it’s nowhere near as bad if you’re using lemon juice instead of citric acid, but gather citric acid makes a stronger dose so that’s the way I’m going! Yech! Each dose just makes my skin crawl. Two weeks at 15 drops and I’m done! I just can't do this anymore! I can't even look at a glass of water anymore without feeling sick. Suspect I’ll be able to take my first 14 drop dose tonight!
On another note I have developed a small “rash” on my genitals. Not too happy about this as I don’t recall ever having it before I split with my X, and this is the second time in 4 months I've noticed it. Initially wrote it off as a staff infection or just a rash. I have tested HSV 2 positive, but never showed any symptoms, so always assumed I caught it when I caught HSV1 orally... but my X had her first outbreak of HSV 2 genitally while we were dating. I always wondered if somehow she caught it from my oral infection...and always felt terribly guilty about it...like despite precautions I've ruined her life..but now I’m not so sure! At this point it doesn't matter. She's gone and we both carry it forward. SHYT! Anyway it also seems to be fading very quickly and doesn’t seem to be typical of my oral outbreaks, so I may just being paranoid. Still I'm feeling particularily discouraged to be having an "outbreak" after being on MMS for over a month. Feel like I've gone through all this shyt for nothing...Cheers.
Day 35 on MMS 26> 30drops
3/8/09
Today's Dose: 13 drops with 4 cups water.
13 drops with 1 2/3 cups water and 1 1/2 cups Lingonberry juice.
13 drops with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups blueberry juice.
So ditched my last dose yesterday. Timing was too far off with daylight savings time change. This morning I'm forcing down my dose with 4 cups of water. My gag reflex is in full swing. Unfortunately I ran out of juice. Nausea is setting in. There is no doubt in my mind that MMS is strongest when made with citric acid and mixed only with water. I have a far different reaction this way then when taken with juice. Maybe I should find some test strips and check the concentration,....
Finally got to the store and bought some more juice this afternoon. Thank gaud. Feeling a low level nausea all day, but not intolerable so may get brave tonight and move to 14 drops. (yes I just felt the shutter across the MMS world...) Would like to be at full dose by the end of this week and start the 2 weeks at 3x15! Sick of MMS. Sometiimes perhaps the cure is worse than the disease! (wink!) (Chickened out and am staying with 13!)
Oh, nearly forgot. In the spirit of exploring different paths I dropped a few bucks and joined the immunics web site. Not sure I believe that strongly that it can work, but will need to prove to myself that it won't! just the type of person I am I guess!
Day 34 on MMS, 25>30drops
3/7/09
Todays dose so far; 13 drops with 1 cup cherry juice, 2 cu2s water.
2x13 drops with 1 3/4 cuos water, 1 1/4 cuops cherry juice. Been feeling a bit nausious all day so wanted to cut it with more juice.
Ok so i came home late last night and was torn about taking the MMS. but I stepped up and did so... but now don't remember what time I took it. Was it 2:00 or 3:00. So now it's 9:00 and I'm wondering....i did wake up with my bstomach churning and thought '''oh no".. but this morning seem fine!
Something I don't know if I mentioned. The smell of this stuff, even a wisp, is now enough to make me gag. So I mix it under the kitchen fan turned on high! Pour the suspension medium..water or juice into a pitcher, also under the fan! and add the MMS. After a month of drinking it with just water I've gotten to the point where I can't look at a glass of water!
This is likely where I stop today. Between daylight savings time and being off schedule because of the late dose last night I'm taking a pass on my third dose today. Would make them too close together... and me really sick! Cheers
Day 33 on MMS, 24>30 drops
3/6/08
Today's doses: 13 with 1 cups black cherry juice, 2 cups water, 12 with 1.5 cups juice and 1.5 cups water, 13 with 1.66 cups water and 1.25 cups juice.
So I upped the dose to 13 drops this morning and noticed a low level nausea all day, so I dropped back to 12 this PM. This morning I used 2 cups of water and one juice... which makes me think that either using water makes for a stronger solution, or it;s just harder on my stomach. Also noticed some mild diarrhoea today. Nothing like before but still there. Had onion soup and pizza last night, so its hard to tell who the culprit is. Suspicion is the MMS!
Well it's Friday and I have to say I have felt great all week. Not sure what the reason is. Obviously been drinking a ton of juice, which could mean I have a sugar buzz going, Have also been eating better, with the exception of last night, not sure. But there is no doubt my energy level has been high all week, and have been sleeping well, despite some real solid business stresses! The bad news is that with this volume of juice at 100-150 calories I'm noticing the scale tipping. Augh! Get rid of herpes and die of a heart attack. Its a vicious circle! Went for a workout tonight... may have to start running again given the weather has finally warmed up a bit! Speaking of warm weather, I intend to spend time in the sun with no lip balm to see if it will bring on an outbreak. It has always done so in the past.i If not time for a formal test!
Saw a post where Dave of Resolve told someone that step three of resolve is CLO2. Makes me feel more confident that the program I'm on is not a complete waste of time! Having said that Resolve has only worked in one verified case that I know of so that may not be saying much!
Day 32 on MMS, 23@>30 drops
3/5/09
Today's dose 12/12/12. Still no problems. Back to blueberry juice today. Decided to get more particular about my doses just because of the calories count. So this morning I measured things out. 12 drops, 1.5 cups of juice, 1.5 cups distilled water. So far no problems what so ever. If this stays the course I'll be moving up on tomorrow's dose... Cheers
Day 31 on MMS, 22@>30 drops
3/4/09
Todays dose 12/12/11, so far, with cherry juice and then blueberry juice. The cherry juice shows a small amount of naturally occuring vitamine c. Not sure what effect this may have. Woke up this morning feeling great. And the MMS has not bothered me all day with the exception of some mild gas and bloating. But that could very well be the amount of juice I'm taking with it. With todays dose I've been taking 2 cups of juice and one cup of water. At over 100 calories per cup that's 600 calories a day. I'll need to start cutting that back by adding more water.
Have decided if I miss the timing on a dose I'm just going to let it slide. Seems whenever I try to catch up a dose, regardless of how long after, from an hour or more, I run into problems!
I think at the end of 3x/15 I'm going to try it with just water again to see if there's a difference. I'd do it now but just don't think I could bring myself to continue if I got ill! :o) But so far I have had absolutely no problerms since I increased the volume of liquid per dose... hmmm... just like one of the articles posted above predicted. Interesting! And it does still fit JH protocol of smaller doses more often... so I don't know! Wish this was proposed earlier on one of the blogs... hmmm.... unless the juice I'm using is neutralizing the MMS.
Came across a new site today. Check this out!
Day 30 on MMS, Day 21@ >30 drops!
3/3/09
So today’s dose is 11/11/12. Inch by inch. Taking it with cranberry juice today. Think it is upsetting my stomach. But besides some gas churning around and some mild lower ad cramping everything seems to be OK. Need to run the health food store for more juice.
So everything for the last two days seems fine, which could be a result of a number of things. It could be drinking resolve suspended in greater volumes of liquid is less harsh on the body. It could be my body is adapting to the increased levels. It could be that my suspicions that using juice rich in antioxidants does indeed diminish some of the impact of MMS. I’ll leave it up to the readers to decide.
The good news is that all in all I’ve felt pretty good today! Yea! Finally!
Day 29 on MMS, Day 20@30 drops or more
3/2/09
Today’s dose 11/11/10 with 1 1/3 cups of juice, cut some with water. At 130 calories a cup this program is going to make me FAT! Had some problems yesterday with an upset stomach and diarrhoea. Not sure it was the MMS or the coconut juice. Today used cranberry and cherry. Can still taste the MMS but with double the volume and the juice it is nowhere near as painful. I’ll know with my dose in the morning if I can move to 11/11/11 tomorrow.
Today was a good energy day. Woke up strong and went all day with no problems. Very pleased about that. Haven’t felt whole on this program for over a month!
Have finally given up on one of the blogs that initially drew me to MMS. Just too narrow a definition on what is negative. I really need to operate in an environment that is dynamic, fluid, and organic. Changing as new information becomes available!
It’s late. Need sleep. Cheers!
Day 28 on MMS, Day 20 @30 drops or more
3/1/09
Saturday’s dose was 10/10/11 and was mixed with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of RW Knudsen Pineapple Coconut Juice. Taste was quite palatable! Then it dawned on me that coconut juice is a laxative...dam! Stool was normal all day.
Sunday’s dose was 11/10/0 and was mixed with Just Black Cherry. The doses weren’t perfectly spread out as I didn't get up till 10:00AM, and as such I have seen some nausea and loose stool. My afternoon dose also wasn’t as diluted as I had planned... bad idea!
So here’s something strange I noticed... could mean something... or not! A week or so ago I noticed a slight discolouration on my forehead. Small spot. Could be an age spot, I’m in my 50’s. But this morning while shaving I noticed a similar discolouration where I normally get my outbreaks. It isn’t an outbreak. It isn’t itchy. It’s just an odd blush colour surrounding where I usually get outbreaks. What does it mean? Who knows!
Day 27 on MMS: The Ostrige path back to good health!
02/28/09
My rant!
Guess I misunderstood the purpose of MMS hubs. Thought they were to provide a forum to exchange ideas and experiences among people who are on MMS. I've been through both of Jim's books and quite frankly if you’re able to derive any standardized protocol from them I'd like to know how? They contradict themselves all over the place. Seems to me anyone who is interested in getting a handle on getting healthy with MMS would want to know how Jim Humble achieved the results he claims. Doesn't take many clicks on a calculator to figure out that the 1PPM dose he speaks about simply isn't correct based on his own so-called protocol.
I get concerned by self-appointed “experts” on these blogs who push their agenda with complete disregard to any opinions to the contrary. You can usually tell who they are. Just read the postings on their message boards and look for inconsistencies in the dialogue. Easy enough to see where something has been censored out.
Some offer the “accurate information” censorship defence. Accurate according to what source? MMS is an untested unproven protocol. I challenge anyone, including Jim Humble himself, to demonstrate that MMS cures herpes. I’m not saying it does or doesn’t, just that currently there is no proof! Until someone can offer up a shred of evidence that I’m not doing myself real damage with this stuff I’m going to continue to gather as much information on CLO2, and post what I believe to be the best information here! BUT if you’re following along don’t trust me! DO YOU OWN RESEARCH!!! Make informed decisions based on your best information! Then let me know! Better that than Humble’s advice of “Just take more for longer!” Try that with otc vitamins and see where it get you!
Along the way I will continue to keep up this blog of the journey, on the chance that it actually works! Those who wish to stand atop their high mountain claiming that I’m not following the proper protocol can shout all they want... but I’m not paying them much heed until I can follow their progress AND see the negative blood tests! Gatorade doesn’t work? Why? Show me! Antioxidants in berry juice doesn’t affect the level of available CLO2? Really? Show me!
Time to adopt the smallest level of rudimentary scientific principles to this process. I challenge everyone to use these blogs to showcase the best information we have, keep everyone as safe as possible, and get cured!
Cheers
Day 27 on MMS
2/26/09
Dose: 10/11/11
More tomorrow. Way to late tonight
Day 25 on MMS
2/26/09
OK so I'm hanging in there at 3x10, and everything seems to be going well. glad to be past whatever was ailing me a couple of days ago... that;s the good news!
Here's the less good news. I was doing some research on MMS and herpes and came across this web page:
http://www.bioredox.mysite.com/CLOXhtml/CLOXprot.htm
Now it supports the protocol, BUT it suggests that using juice, like berry juice, which is high in antioxidants, runs contrary to MMS protocol! makes sense now that I've read it, but sooo very sad. Was liking the blueberry juice and the MMS! DAM DAM DAM! Guess I need to find another juice! Apple anyone?
Day 24 on MMS
2/25/09
So I am very discouraged this morning. I missed my 4PM and midnight MMS.yesterday. Felt absolutely nauseous, with severe diarrhea, although it eased as the day progressed. I have no doubt it was the MMS! Not sure why. I think my body is just rejecting MMS.
I woke up this morning feeling OK. Figured that maybe I need to dial back my MMS dose. My thinking is to go back to where everything was fine, and go from there. So I figured that instead of 2/15 I’d try 3/10 and see how that works. Well I mixed 10 with blueberry juice and again my stomach says that this is a BAD BAD thing. SO now I’m not sure how to proceed, or even if I want to.
I’ll probably chime in later today with an update… but right now I just don’t know if I can continue with this therapy. I really need to feel better to work, and this stuff has KO’d me twice now!
OK 10:30PM and things seem to have settled down. Fortunately I was able to accomplish some work from bed and the bathroom yesterday and bed again today, but today was mostly because I had some paperwork and number crunching that afforded me the luxury. Besides.. I rarely get sick so need to milk it when I can!
So my morning 10 drop dose with the blueberry juice went down with a merely a shudder. Same with the one at 4, and don't expect any problems at midnight. The nausea has passed, and the diarrhoea seems to have eased off. So that's good. I'll wait till morning to see if I want to up things a drop. Not sure when the best time to do that wold be.. but I'm thinking before bed tomorrow night. We'll see!
Now having been wishing for grim death all day yesterday and being dead to the world last night I had an interesting revelation while I was regaining consciousness this morning. I was running my teeth over where I usually get my outbreaks and had the thought that I am cured... then I woke up completely and thought... perhaps so, but lets try the MMS this morning and see how things go!
Cheers
Day 23 on MMS
2/24/09
Ok so today I would welcome grim death! I took my 15 drops last night, as usual, and 11 this morning. I’ve been dealing with diarrhoea big time for two days now, and it isn’t going anywhere fast. You can listen to the violent gas and liquid in my gut just churning over and over. My nose is congested. I’ve been trying to eat but with no success. I’ve got an acrid taste in my mouth that I can’t seem to get rid of no matter what I do.
It’s either MMS is killing me or I’ve got the flu! Two great things that simply do not go well together!
So here's the new plan. Although I can handle 15 drops before going to bed I'm thinking that I'm making things worse for myself when I take my moring dose. Too much in the system at the same time. So starting right now I'm going to boost to 12 per dose across the board and see how that goes.
I also visited my health food store today. Picked up blueberry juice with no vitamin C. I can no longer stomach MMS with water!
Day 22 on MMS
2/23/09
Time is tight today so just a quick top line note. Have now got my doses back on track. Took 11 drops this morning, will do another 11 at 4ish, and stay with my 15 at midnight! Seems that I have a constant mild nausea these days. Probably why everyone feels so dam good after they stop using this stuff. After feeling sick for a month or so how could you possible not feel great?
Unsure what the schedule will be for increasing my dose. Want to get to 3/15 as soon as possible, but simply can’t risk getting really ill from it again... so slow and steady will be the rule! Once there I think I’m still looking at 2 weeks at that level then saying goodbye to MMS.
So I’m still feeling like I’m fighting a cold or the flu. Taking vitamin C 4 hours after taking MMS. My nose is running and is congested. First thing this morning I thought my stool was on the way to becoming normal again, but sadly no, Not sure what the cause is. MMS or the flu or the bowl of popcorn I ate last night after my dose!
Haven’t really reached any conclusion on this course of treatment. Noticed there seems to be an exodus from MMS to True Cures. Totally believe in holistic healing but at this point feel it is important to finish one program before moving onto the next. Still I know if money wasn’t such an issue I’d be on my way to Florida to meet with True Cures to see what he has to say!
Cheers!
Day 21 on MMS
2/22/09
So I’ve just spent the evening reading through the “Original Blog” at http://hubpages.com/hub/Herpes_Cure. Lots of information. Not sure what to believe and what not to. Do wonder about the lack of “cured” blood tests in all of this. There are some obvious real people, and then there are others... cripes!
So pulled a real bonehead move this morning! Was out last night with a friend. Took my 12:00PM 15 drops. Woke up this morning and had planned to take my 11 drops but on a Sunday morning before my coffee I’m not the brightest light-bulb... so i made up 15 drop dose and downed it! It wasn’t until the glass hit the counter that I realized I had erred in the dose I had planned. So I went through the day with a mild case of nausea. Rolled back my 4:00PM dose to 7 drops, which puts my daily dose where I had planned at 37. Other then feeling exhausted all day the fall out from my stupidity has been minimal, not like the last time when it knocked me off my feet!
I think I’m coming down with a cold. Perhaps the flu, too early to tell. So 4 hours after my morning dose I took some vitamin c. I’m back to having a heavy dose of diarrhoea. Could be MMS, could be the Tai food I ate last night. Don’t know! Will give it a few days to find out which! Figure I’m 9 days away from 3/15. From what I read tonight it sounds like Resolve had people on MMS for 8 days or so. So I figure I'll do the two weeks at 3/15. All I taste all day is MMS. I may never be able to swim in a pool again.
Did spend some time at an outdoor show this weekend. Tried some pre-bottled fruit smoothie drink. It indicated vit c on the label but they assure me there is no additional vit c added beyond the naturally occurring levels. May look for it the next time I go shopping. Really need something other than water to add to this stuff! Now going for a scotch!
Cheers!
Day 20 on MMS
2/21/09
So I’m trying to figure out how to work in an extra dose without knocking myself off my feet. So here’s the plan so far. At midnight I’m going to stick with my current 15 drop dose. Works for me and pretty well knocks me out for the night. First thing this morning I took 10 drops, and did that again at 4 this afternoon. Basically I split the 15 drops I was taking at noon into two doses, and added ½ of the 4 drops I was taking in the morning. So far so good. Tomorrow I‘ll bump up to 11 drops on the daytime doses, and see how that goes and adjust accordingly. The objective is to get to 3/15, and stay the course on that for 2-3 weeks. After that maybe head to the free clinic and get tested. Will wait and see.
FYI I’m still taking the dose with just water. Not easy! Try to gulp it down. Still need shrug my shoulders. Then I race to the bathroom and brush my teeth! That seems to be enough so long as I don’t burp! Then it’s chlorine hell!
Day 19 on MMS
2/20/09
So there isn’t much to tell today. I’ll be out for the balance of the day so wanted to get a post in before I leave.
Visited a friend in hospital who just went through surgery for cancer. Somehow my herpes problem just seems so small in comparison. It’s all about keeping it in perspective.
This morning at 8:00 I started the day with a 4 drop dose. My schedule dictated that I have my regular 15 drop dose a bit early, around 11:00. Have been feeling a bit nauseous but it is not unmanageable. The next dose will be 15 drops around midnight. I’ve backed off my plan to increase past 2/15 until I can get 3/15 going without any problems... but I can still tell you that I doubt I will be able to stand the “cure” much longer than a couple of weeks. The 4 drops this morning made me gag! Gaud this stuff is bad. I may have to give up on my macho stance and start searching for juice! :o)
On a personal level I went looking on Face-book last night looking for an old flame I wronged 8 years or so ago. Only woman I dated where I later regretted some of my actions. So I sent her an apology. Don’t really expect to ever hear back... not even sure she is ever on line... or cares for that matter. But it is now out there in cyberspace... so perhaps somewhere some positive karma will do some good in the world.
Cheers!
Day 18 on MMS
2/19/08
So last night I moved up to 16 drops and climbed into bed. Flipped on the old computer and read a lot about differing protocols being put out there from Jim Humble. His web site says: “Generally herpes is one of the hardest things to handle but it can be handled. Just keep increasing the doses to at least 15 drops 3 times a day for a week or two, then check and verify your progress. If not, keep it up. It will eventually get it. We have heard of people feeling much better with MMS, but we don’t have the before or after blood tests to make sure they are completely cured, if you get any verification let me know.”
Well OK I’m up to 16x2 so I guess I can get to 15x3 easily enough, but must say after 18 days on this stuff I’m not thrilled by the idea, but so be it. If 15x3 for two weeks is what needs to be done then I’m going to do it. The wild card here is that this morning read in the blogs that you need to keep it up for up to 3-4 months! WHAT the F**K? There is no proof anywhere, even from Jim, that anyone has ever been cured by using MMS. I don’t need to “feel better”. For me herpes is a bi annual annoyance. But since my last relationship it has impacted my life through the fear of passing it to others, which means finding a cure or becoming a hermit!
So what’s the plan? I’m going to stick to the 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight thing, and add a new dose first thing in the morning. Will probably start at 3 drops and see how things go, adding a drop daily to 15. That means I should be done my two weeks at 3x15 by mid March.
So here’s the way things look today. My outbreak on my lip is becoming a memory. It has completely healed over and is only visible to me… you know how that is! As I mentioned I was away this past weekend and spent a huge amount of it in the sun and wind, with no new outbreak. Mind you that would have been unusual for me to have a second one so soon!
Internally I have noticed some things physically. Now most of these could be seasonal or environmental, but here they are. MMS seems to be slowing me down physically. I need more rest, and need to push myself mentally to maintain my training and outdoor activities. I live nearly constantly with mild case of nausea. Lately I have noticed my joints ache, and have found myself rising from chairs and bed like an old man… which I’m not quite yet! This morning my stool, always a favorite topic for readers, is approaching diarrhea. Could be MMS, or could be the Chinese food I ordered in last night! :o)
Have a great day!
Cheers
Day 17 on MMS
2/18/09
So I was more than pleased to hear that New Beginnings tested NEGATIVE to HSV1 & 2 using Resolve. Check it out at http://herpesresolve.blogspot.com/. I’ve been following her ups and downs for over a month. Going from hopeful to discouraged whenever someone tested positive after the 90 days. But she kept the faith and now has her just reward. She mentioned in her post today that she will be getting her hands on her original results to silence her cynics. Good for you girl!
What I take from this is that we are all on the road to a cure. Many people on Resolve have claimed that step three is without a doubt MMS. Now that doesn’t mean that MMS will work on its own... but it also doesn’t mean it won’t! I’m going to stay the course until I finish the MMS protocol, keep checking the blogs, and get myself cured! I’m so done with herpes!
Today I bumped up to 16 drops. Feel mildly nauseous. Am trying to take my first dose between 11:00 and noon, and again just before bed. I am hoping that by regulating my dosage times I can be more productive in the morning, and perhaps move to higher doses by avoiding “double dipping” by having doses too close together.
So I have a bit of an ulterior motive to trying to get myself cured. As I mentioned in prior entries is that I’m unsure from my last relationship who infected whom. The possibility that I infected her carries with it a reasonable amount of guilt. The relationship is over now, but somehow if I can use myself as a test case to find a cure, then I can save her the ordeal of going through this process to no avail. I read recently that the definition of love is being concerned for another’s well being. Guess there’s truth in those words.
Cheers!
Day 16 on MMS
2/17/09
So this morning I was carefully counting out my self-appointed drops and instead of 14 hit 15. DAM! So being the cheap bastard that I am didn’t want to waste it so added 5 more drops of citric acid water, waited the three minutes, added ½ a cup of H2O, down the hatch, shrug, blah, toothbrush and paste... and 6 hours later all is well. So I’m going to try to take my 15 drop dose at 11 AM and 11 PM. Hopefully that way I can avoid the overdosing I did last week that made me so ill. NEVER want to have that happen again. Not pretty!
So what’s new otherwise? Well actually nothing! The sore on my lower lip that is always just so very attractive has all but vanished. I don’t get regular outbreaks so now I’m not sure what to expect. So in an effort not to turn this into the most boring blog on the web I’ll share my quandary with the cyberspace.
About 15 years ago i was blessed with a herpes infection from a public phone. True story! I noticed the kid using had what I thought was bad skin. But no! 10 days or so later i have an outbreak, head to the GP, who on sight informs me that I have Herpes, passes me a pill and cream prescription, and sends me on my way with the instructions, “Avoid contact while you’re having an outbreak.’ So I do...
Flash forward 7-8 years, I notice a small blister down below. Figure it was an infected hair follicle, don’t think much of it. Never reappears. That may well have been what it was.
Flash forward another 6-7 years. I’m sitting out back and my girlfriend tells me that she has just been diagnosed with HVS 2. Suspects that she may have caught it from me, I had had an outbreak several months before and been very diligent about having no contact until it was completely healed, but also thinks she could have picked it up anywhere.
So off I go to visit the same GP, he runs the wrong test despite my request for the western blot. Results confirm herpes but not the type, so we do it all over again and run the western blot. 3 weeks later I’m confirmed HSV 1 & 2. So the quandary... did I pick up HSV1 & 2 at the same time off that phone? If so is it possible that my ex could pick up only HSV 2 and not HSV 1? Or am I carrier of HSV 2 genitally? If so, and I’ve only had the one outbreak, if that’s what it was... how likely is it that I passed it on? And here’s the real rub... if I caught HSV 2 from my ex is there a time bomb waiting to happen?
That’s what I think about before I go to sleep at night!
Day 15 on MMS
02/16/09
So I've been in the bush for three days. Quite excellent. So to update my last entry. After double dosing and being as sick as a dog I dropped to 8 drop doses for Friday night and Saturday. That seemed to level things out. so Sunday i went to 10 in evening, Monday 12 in the morning, and 13 tonight. So far so good. I hope to be back ton 15 by tomorrow night... then stay the course. Next steps will depend on how I'm feeling.
Cheers
Day 12 on MMS
02/13/09
So I need to say that today I feel totally nauseous! Was out late last night so didn’t get my dose until 3:00 AM. Have taken my morning dose at 9:00. Not sure it was a great idea but didn’t want to miss one... so now I’m sitting on the edge of being really ill... Must say taking it with just water is becoming tough. Even plugging my nose isn’t doing it anymore. Brushing my teeth immediately after to try to kill the taste. Brutal!
BUT once again I'm buying into the idea that good or bad,MMS does stay in your system for 12 hours. Every-time I have two doses too close together I'm ill... and if they're spaced out roughly 12 hours I have no problems at all.
Disappointed with PNG28’s results, but not surprised. Still don’t believe that eliminating the virus causes the antibodies to vanish. That would seem to fly in the face of modern immunization programs. Agree that it would have been nice to see a decrease, but just don’t know enough about it. Have asked a friend for some guidance. Still waiting.
My oral outbreak sore is fading. The blister area now resembles a small indentation, surrounded by what looks like scar tissue. Suspect it will fade over the weekend. Again simply don’t remember past outbreaks clearly enough to say if this one was any different on MMS.
Heading out for the weekend. Will try to keep up the protocol over three days in the bush. May be a challenge. We’ll see!
End note. All packed and ready to head out in the morning. Clearly taking two full doses within 6 hours of each other was a huge mistake. The nausea has been with me all day. In addition my bones are feeling stiff and aching. Usually I'm very active but today been walking around like an old man. Can't risk feeling this bad in the morning, so decided to lighten the dose tonight to 8 drops. Hopefully everything will even out my morning! In the future I'll take late doses with consideration to time lines. Was OK at 15 drops as long as there were properly spaced!
I hope this is worth it!.
Day 10 on MMS
2/11/09
So I’m still on 15 drops mixed with citric acid followed by water. Other than it being really disgusting to drink and I rush to brush my teeth asap after there are no further problems. For those interested everything is normal. The nausea has passed and I’ve had no problems today. My stood is also back to normal, thank gaud! So as Jim’s book suggests the diarrhea passed as quickly as it come on.
I was flipping through Jim’s second book last night and was disturbed to read that MMS need be stored in a dark coloured plastic or glass bottle because it denigrates rapidly in light. Now I’ve had it in the fridge since it arrived, but am more than a little annoyed that a Humble authorized distributor is shipping in clear plastic bottles. Anyway I’ve wrapped the bottle in duct tape so there will be no more light getting in. Really annoyed!
Physically I have noticed that I’m moving a bit slower these days. Seems like my bones... or whatever, are aching, not enough to really slow me down, just kind of a background “noise” so to speak. Not sure what that is about, or if it’s related to the MMS. Presumably if this is an effective cleanse then more than just herpes would be affected, so who knows what’s going on!
Will follow up with my friend about the antibody question, and if they continue to exist after the virus is eliminated. More on that later.
Cheers!
Day 9 on MMS
2/10/09
So got home last night after a couple of Guinness, and feeling brave moved to 15 drops, Slept like a baby!
OK so my doses are not quite 12 hours apart. Normally I take one in the morning, say 8:00 AM, and the last one before bed, 9-11:00 PM. I upped the dose to 14 yesterday morning and the nausea set in. Not heavy, but there for sure. I noticed that last night it seemed to be easing around 9:00, which would seem to support the suggestion that MMS remains active in your system for 12 hours.
This morning I did 15 drops again, and the nausea has returned. So I'm thinking that part of it may be the overlap in doses between my nightly dose and my morning dose... So at this point I think I'll stay the course on 15 drops until I can take it without feeling ill!
The sore on my lower lip continues to fade. Again can't say if the MMS has helped, hindered, or had no effect. Would have to wait for another outbreak and compare it to this blog. Part of me would like to get my oral outbreak tested to see if it's HSV 1 or 2... or both, although if not both I don't think I'd like the answer! Would leave in question of the primary site of the HSV 2 in doubt. Life would be so much easier without this stuff to deal with!
So today i was ill most of the day. Guess these wiser sages knew of what they spoke. Move too fast and you'll pay a price. By mid morning I had to lay down. Tonight over Guinness with a friend I felt fine again. Just took my nightly dose so all that could change!
Spoke to a friend tonight that is finishing her PHD and teaches nursing. Her speciality has something to do with contagious diseases. she is going to have a look into antibody levels and their presence in the absence of the virus. She also said she would have a look at the science of MMS and give me an opinion.
Cheers
Day 8 on MMS
2/9/09
So I started my day at 14 drops... and I'm thinking I'm there. Took it again with just water. Gulped it down like a cold beer on a summer day. Burped up the foulest chlorine taste ever... and that includes my high school swimming says! Yech! Did notice some lingering nausea, which having now eaten, seems to suggest that today marks the end of my run of upping the dose! Bases on the other Blogs and Logs I knew sooner or later there would be the wall that everyone else seems to have hit. Now slower may be the letter... we'll see how the rest of the day goes. Other than that though there is nothing new. Well perhaps one thing...
My oral outbreak, on my lower lip, which is the only place I have ever had an outbreak, is healing well. I have noticed though that any scabbing that does occur seems to fall off within hours, followed by some minimal bleeding, followed by.. well nothing. No scab. Nothing! Just what feels like really soft skin. (and trust me, I wouldn't usually notice this type of thing, so the fact that I have is noteworthy!
What else. I've run out of clear glasses to mix my dose and have started using white coffee cups. (Will need to wash dishes tonight!) The citric acid is clear in the cup, as is the MMS for the most part, but I have noticed that when you mix the two and wait the three minutes it turns a sort of mustard yellow. May have always been the case, but just noticed it last night.
If everything goes well today may try 15 drops before bed tonight... then I'm going to sit put for a while until I get further into Jim's book. 15 seems to be the magic number so who am I to argue. Perhaps next Tuesday if everything is going well I'll start to add a third dose one drop at a time. We'll see what the old bod' is telling me!
PM.. heading out to train but thought it may be noteworthy that through most of today I have had a constant mild nauseagoing on. Nothing hard core. Comparable perhaps to a very mild flu, or maybe the morning after having one drink too many. Guess my number is 14! Will wait till later tonight to decide what to do about my next dose...
Cheers
Day 7 on MMS
2/8/09
Feeling ok so this morning we (God and me!) went to 12 drops. Again terrible taste. Again with water. Again on an empty stomach. Again with 10% citric acid. Again no problems. This afternoon I am feeling a bit ill...but it could be just as easily be the hot dog I ate off a vendor's cart this afternoon. I'll let you know if I've finally hit the wall everyone else seems to hit as they up their dosage.
Might add that there may be some merit to the lethargic feeling some feel after taking a dose. I sleep literally all night, and after my morning dose do feel like a nap. Sadly need to beat that feeling with coffee and go to work!
So what's going on. Well my stool has returned pretty much to normal. (Sorry but I assume there are some who want to know!) Am beginning to think it wasn't the MMS, but rather the big pot of Knorr soup I ate at lunch two days in a row that caused the problem... but don't know.
I did notice a sort of "cold" feeling on the outbreak on my lip that has started to heal over. (And before you jump all over this it was not because I live in Canada and it's freezing outside!) My outbreak is a week old tomorrow so I'm not sure that it has healed any faster than prior outbreaks. There are currently two small scabs where the blisters were. I'll use this blog as a timeline if I get another outbreak. Then I'll know if the MMS shortened the outbreak. I can say that this time I avoided the pills I usually take, and am now done with the Zovirax cream.
Night-time: Did bump things up to 13 drops tonight. The nausea from earlier in the day seems to have passed, so I am thinking it was the hot dog! (I knew that guy didn't leave it on long the grill long enough!)
Another thing I did notice this morning that I felt really great! Now I didn't get out of bed until 9:00, so perhaps it was just a good night sleep, but I did notice that I felt unusually good for a Sunday morning! MMS? We'll see if it lasts!
Cheers
Day 6 on MMS
So I'm up early today so will jot down some thoughts. Ran into a bit of a wall this week with a women I've started seeing. She's worried about my condition, and is definitely a problem moving forward. She's well educated so I'm certain is doing some research so this may blow over. The problem is that it is the first time anyone has acted differently towards me because of herpes. Maybe I'm more sensitive to it then I used to be after testing positive for both HSV1 and 2, together with all the research I've been doing on line. It is top of mind these days. but I've never had someone tell me straight out that they don't think they can "deal with it". before.
The other problem I have is that when I was initially diagnosed my GP looked at it, said I had herpes, wrote me a prescription, and sent me on my way. I can't say I really gave it any more thought than he did. There was no blood test or anything. I had herpes. Caught it off a phone! (YES THAT'S HOW I CAUGHT IT!) But there was no mention of different types or how contagious it was or wasn't.
Now some 15 years later a woman I'm dating comes to me one night to announce she has tested positive for hsv2, can't be sure where she got it, and I need to get tested. The tests come back positive on both, and shortly there after were finished. Thus starts my research. Did I infect her? I could have. I was initially told that you could only spread the virus during an outbreak. I also have no idea where the initial site of the HSV2 is! From what I've read I could have it, be spreading it, and have no symptoms. How would anybody know? Now every time I get an itch in my crotch I wonder!
So i'm really on edge now as to what to do! But today I'm going to move to 11 drops of MMS, and tonight 12 if I don't have any problems. So I guess at least I'm doing something!
Cheers!
Day 5 on MMS
So no real news today. The cold sore that developed Monday has nearly run its course. Although the usual swelling has gone down to almost nothing it seems sorer than I remember. Also the area of the outbreak is ruby red, and feels like chapped lips.
Used 9 drops tonight. Need to measure it out soon. Hate counting drops! The taste sucks but have had no problem with nausea yet. Have noticed what some have called a faucet effect on the read end. Not such an interesting effect! Will wait for a few days to see if it clears up the way Jim and other bloggers suggest it will. But have had no nausea at all with the product. Also think the rear faucet could be a function of all the soup I've eaten over the last couple of days. Tomorrow I go for 10!
Cheers
Day 4 on MMS
2/5/09
So my cold sore is healing in what feels like record time. I felt the outbreak coming on while away for the weekend. Unfortunately my meds were back home, so there was no way to postpone the inevitable blistering. But here's the rub! I had decided to start MMS when I got home anyway, So I applied my Zovirax and downed my first 1 drop dose of MMS. The next morning went to two drops, and so on. last night I went to 5, this morning 6. The cold sore, which normally with a good few days head start on my medication would be with me for a week with scabbing and cracked skin, is almost gone. Don't know if it is the MMS, but also can't deny that for me this is unusual!
As far as MMS is concerned I'm having no problems thus far. I've read on many other blogs about nausea and diarrhea, and I've had a VERY mild touch of both, but totally manageable! I've been mixing the MMS with lemon drops and using water. Again the taste isn't a thrill but so far isn't much worst than the chlorine water found in a swimming pool. I'm going to up my dose again tonight to 7 drops and see what happens. In Jim's second book he indicates increasing the dose rapidly until you have nausea, then back off and move slowly depending on individual tolerance. I was able to buy a pound if citric acid today at my local health food store so will be using that tonight with 7 drops.
I'm still waiting to hear of anyone on the web who actually tests negative either from MMS or Resolve. It's one thing to control outbreaks, something entirely different to be able to enter a relationship without this curse hanging over you. Like life isn't complicated enough! OK... back to the salt mine!
Day 3 on MMS
2/4/09
OK so I've been reading Jim's Humble's 2nd book. Had a look at the doses. He indicates that you can move up more quickly then I originally understood to the point of nausea, so tonight I took 5 drops to see what might happen.
Frustrated by this herpes thing. Started seeing someone a while ago. Been moving really slow because of this stupid virus. Told her about it after a couple of weeks. Well was away on the weekend an got too much sun and wind, and am having a mild outbreak. Between the MMS and my normal pharmacy treatment it seems to be passing really quickly, which is good. But tonight she told me that she's scared about the whole thing. Didn't get a good vibe from our discussion. Suspect that herpes has toasted this thing. There is just no good comes from this. Need to sleep!
Day 2 on MMS
2/3/09
So there is really nothing much to say. Just have taken my second 2 drop MMS and nothing much to report. have read much about the bad taste, and have to think that the worst is yet to come. At 2 drops it is a lot better than a lot of the public pools I swan in as a child. Cold sore on my lip is sore, but not too visible so I can go out in public at least.
So tomorrow I guess I move up to three drops. Fun Fun Fun. Really wish someone on one of the blogs would test negative so I could know that it isn;t all a waste of time and effort... Guess time will tell!
I'm heading back to the bush in a couple of weeks. Not quite sure how I do the MMS in the snow... or how I'll feel hiking around the wilderness if I react like others I've read about. Guess I'll have to wait and see.
Day 1 on MMS
2/2/09
OK, so last night I started MMS to see if I couldn't beat this herpes virus. Started with one drop, some lemon juice, distilled H2o and here we go. passed out cold, but had spent the weekend in the woods so likely was just exhausted!
This morning I went to two drops, but that is just because I was a day late in starting and I'd like to match the drops to the days of the month so i can remember how many. (Sometimes I'm a bit dim!) Had it on an empty stomach, and so far so good. After my morning coffee I did feel a bit dizzy, but that was likely the lack of breakfast. Also about 2 minutes of nausia, but it passed fast.
Oddly enough came back from up north with the feeling of a cold sore coming on, and indeed this morning it was there, so the battle begins.
Have been following some other blogs on Resolve and MMS, both with not encouraging results. Decided to move ahead regardless in the hope that before I get too deep into it some more positive results will become apparent and make the process worthwhile. We'll see!
The Sad Story
So anyone who has ever been diagnosed with HSV has a sad story. Here is a brief account of mine.
I’ve been following some other blogs and now find that my story isn’t all that unique! I played hooky from work one day to head to the slopes. I didn’t tell anyone, so needed to phone the office regularly for messages. I recall standing frustrated in a line for the phone as a teenager chatted leisurely with his girlfriend. I was thinking that he had the worst case of “acne” I had ever seen! By the time he got off the phone I was livid, and tucked the phone under my chin as I took down and returned messages. 10 days or so later I had my first outbreak. It grew to a huge sore... I had no idea what was going on until a sibling suggested I might want to see a doctor. I was diagnosed with HSV 1 on sight, handed some cream and pills, and sent on my way. Ignorance is bliss, and back then it was believed that the virus could only be passed during an outbreak. From what I’ve heard I am one of the lucky ones. I only suffer outbreaks a few times a year...if that!
All was well for the next 15 years or so. Outbreaks came and went. Girlfriends came and went. I never really gave the virus much thought. I took my meds during outbreaks. Life continued. That all changed last year when a girlfriend was diagnosed genitally HSV2 positive. We had been dating for about 4 months at that point. I had some tests done. HSV 1 & 2 Positive. Shit! Frantic research had me convinced I had somehow infected her through viral shedding. But how? Much of the research I found suggested that HSV2 orally produces only an initial out-break, then goes into remission. Could I have had both? Do I shed both orally? She was great about it. We didn’t get involved in the blame game. Neither of us could be sure. I then learned about her questionable sexual past. Mine is far from pristine! But it slowly eroded the relationship, and it ended. We don’t talk any longer. I can only surmise that she blames me for her nearly constant outbreaks. She doesn’t know about my first genital “outbreak” that I may have had since we broke up. (See Day 36.) There simply isn’t any value in letting her know. If it comes back I’ll need to test. I am alone with my virus, and she hers.
Now I have become obsessed about finding a cure. If I did infect her I simply can never allow it to happen again! If I didn’t I will not risk a new partner’s health. The virus is 20% physical, and 80% mental! It has taken over my mind. I have tried to keep a positive outlook with new relationships, but it is never far from my thoughts. My mind is the most infected part of my being!

Canada: I am supposed to be taking a break from the hubs, but I must admit I am an addict..lol.. Did you see my post to PNJ this morning...lol.. She must have been sleep because it stayed on their for awhile.. I thought she was cool at first but she is not. If you write anything that she does not agree with, she erases it.. No wonder she has very few supporters or should I say followers.. AZ1 is her lap dog... I don't know who this person is and I don't give a damn..AZ1 can bark at my hole..LMAO..
MMS UPDATE: Today I did 18 drops before school and earled every hour at the same time for 2hours straight..The only thing I did different was I took it with water instead of juice and I did not eat any meat or fruit with my breakfast.. So that is my update...
Hey Denni,
Welcome aboard! Too funny. Initially I missed the reference that we were on in the same person. Too funny. What was funnier still was that earlier I had suggested something about book burning, which was properly deleted, and then you suggested that she was a dictator. Didn't help allay her belief that we were one in the same person. Anyway I'm only interested in exploring ALL the information available, and peoples experiences. Not just a candy stripped version of the reality.
I've struggled with water for a while and finally gave up when I got to 2x/15. Not sure juice is the answer but I'm still doing research on antioxidants and CLO2. I have found if I add double the liquid that JH recommends I seem to have fewer problems. It reduces the concentration without reducing the dose. New idea so we'll see how it goes!
Cheers
Yeah Canada...We have to explore our options... I have just got in touch with the Shacro Team and I am expecting their product soon.. I might not need it because I am having good results with MMS.. No more tingling and no more feelings of runnings up and down left leg with the warm sensations..YES!!!!! Tuesday night I had watery diarrhea all night and all day Wednesday.. I mean I would sneeze and that was all she wrote.. But Thursday I was fine.. Oh yeah I started using BHT with my MMS..I started the BHT on Wednesday..So we will see how it goes.. Hey thanks for listening....Oh one more thing.. I plan on DRINKING TONIGHT..SO THAT WILL REALLY LET ME KNOW WHAT IT DO..FOR REAL!!LOL=LAUGHING OUT LOUD!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CALI
KIM: SO GLAD YOU GOT IN TOUCH WITH FAT...I HOPE THIS IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR PRAYERS..YOU TO FAT, AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT IS SEEING TC..
Denni- So if I understand your post correctly this morning you’re not caring too much about anything... er... except your head! ;o) Nice. Sometimes we all need an aunt Flow! Now me? I’m a two Guinness kind of guy! Perhaps chased by a slow single malt.
So you’re telling me all kinds of things I’m not sure about. What is BHT?
And Shacro is new to me! What’s that all about?
Good luck with the hangover. Suggest a greasy breakfast!
BHT=butylated hydroxytoluene
here is part of a post from LOVE's hub from a guy named Tommy about shacro..
My outbreaks we so bad at times that I had to be hospitalized and a tube placed down into wind pipe because my throat closed up and without the breathing tube I would have died.I sent an email to http://www.shacro.tv/. The Shacro team sent me a 21 day supply of Antimicrobial Peptides for free that they said would kill any virus in my body. The peptides did nothing for my Hep-c geno type 1-A.But,after the 21 day supply of the peptides I had a bad outbreak under my left arm.It was the virus running from the antimicrobial peptides. After the outbreak was gone I put it through the real test and started eating nuts,Chocolate and L-Arginine 500 MG capsules 4 capsules 3x a day.So-far it's been 9 months and I haven't been able to cause an outbreak. My wife took them as well and so-far no outbreake at all.If I do get an outbreak I'll post it here right away.
Hey Denni - Thanks for the link. I'll have a look! After all the MMS i've consumed I think I might be having an outbreak! SH-T!
Hey that greasy breakfast was right on time.. Hey I can believe you about the OB cause when I was raising my ph a few weeks back..I had a bad outbreak..right in the original OB area..So I thought it was because of the vit C in the hawaiin punch..but who knows.. I was at work and ran out of my ph water and I used some baking soda in my water and it wasn't long before it came on really bad... I hope I get the shacro product today..if I do I will go off my mms protocol for awhile..
hey denni,
saw your post on the original page. so you switch it around a bit. no troubles. i've about had it with this foul shyt i'm drinking. if i'm having outbreaks, (if that's what it was!) i don;t really buy into the stories of "that's just (fill in product name here) pushing out the virus!" please! never took an antobiotic and got sicker! anyway I'm now trying to get to 15 drops so I can finish this program and move forward. will be disappointed though if it doesn't work... because there are so few oprions. I'll follow your progress on shacro to see it how that goes! cheers
Ok Canada, I was having those sensations last night and I thought for sure I would have an ob, but all I got is 1 itchy bump on my left wrist, I ate breakfast this morning and took 15drops and now it has gone done to barely nothing at all. I don't understand this.. I used to get 3-4 outbreaks on my face per month and now no obs on face.. Really weird.. I think the MMS has reduced the severity and placed obs on my arms and wrists...I am about to take the bht now and hopefully shacro will arrive today...smile
Hey Denni - everything i read about herpes prior to finding these blogs said that after the initail outbreak it wasnt possible for the virus to spread because of the presence of antibodies... but that until the antibodies were present in sufficient numbers it was possible to cross infect the initial outbreak to new sites. Some people on the hubs disagree but this is what found... but I'm no doctor! Wonder if it's possible you cross infected your arm early in the process... or the doctors if the experts I read really don;t know what they were talking about!
Canada check this out..this is off of the phalasopher's page...Look up no miracle just great chemistry..if you want to follow people using MMS and read some of their experiences....
Hi Adam,Thank you for the web/shop address, I will be visiting when the Aussie $$ goes up a bit!!! Am taking 15 dorps in Pomegranate juice before bed , feeling good and sleeping very well. but…..very itchy nasty red lumps like mozzie bites are coming up here and there. On my feet, my thighs, shoulders and arms. They are spread out and look a bit like chicken pox, but are’nt. On my scalp too. Any suggestions??? Would love to have you visit Australia, you have place here anytime, in the Rainforest and right near the golden sands of our beautiful beaches.Love, light and health to allClare
I had THE SAME thing a year ago, and it freaked me out. I thought it was something I caught from somewhere, but it wasn’t.
come down for a visit. You are now on notice that it’s on my list of MUST places to visit, with YOU as the Ambassador!
Do you have any calcium bentonite clay? If you prepared a poultice, simply hydrating the clay and rubbing it on the area, it would bring great relief, not only with the itching, but by drawing the poison into itself. The MMS/chlorine dioxide is driving the micro-organisms out of their protective areas. They are fleeing. The skin is their last frontier. They will go away even on contact with the oxygen in the atmosphere. However, it will happen faster with clay. You could also take a bath and add activated MMS to the water, which should also give your entire skin surface a protective boost.
Best wishes,
Adam…
Your discharging like crazy, and might want to stop all togther for a few days then resume back at 10 drops… making your way to 15.
When my red bumps appeared, I put MMS directly on all the bumps, and they went away within half a day (I used 10 drops MMS, & 50 drops Citric Acid… waited 3 min., then immediately dipped my fingers into the MMS, and dabbed the pimples. Waited 30 min, then washed it all off … worked like a charm)
Hope this helps,
Clint

Hey Clint,
Hey Denni - thanks for the post. I'm hoping clint is right. I've seen a pile of Resolve posts that talk about "clearing" outbreaks... mind you they always seem to test positive. Guess we'll see. Having said that my 14 drop doses today have had less affect than I had thought they would. I'm actually feeling pretty good, except I feel like I have a hole in the side of my stomach. Not nausea, just like an ulcer... not that I'd know what one feels like! ;o) Cheers
What is up with you? What do you mean, when u say one hellava ride?
Hey Denni - was sick as a dog yesterday. Friends bought shooters on friday night. Only had 3 beer and 3 shooters but that's 4 more drinks then usual for me so I paid big time for it yesterday. Stomach is just getting back to normal this morning. Gaud MMS is REALLY hard at this level. I don't know how other people manage... having said that I don't know if anyone is on 3x15. Seems that everyone else stopped at 2x15. I try to dilute it down to save my stomach... but thses days it doesn't seem to help.
WOW..sorry to read that post..man it must be pretty tough..I hope this stomach issue passes pretty quick..
TC made me think negative about shacro today..he thinks he is pretty smart so who knows..just started feeling lousy after reading his post...you know I felt kinda discouraged..later..
Hey Deni, know what you mean. But in the big picture who is TC anyway, and what makes him an expert on anything. I'm waiting to see all those negative tests come rolling in, but truthfully I'm not holding my breath. I expect TC is about to fade into the background... or become one very busy man. I still say "show me" There is no doubt that he is a legend in his own mind!
Will shacro work? I don't know. But haven't you heard? Herpes can't be cured... and yet I believe Love is for real. And the guy who tipped you to Shacro emailed me back. So who knows? We try these things to see. There was also talk about the virus "hiding". But the link at the top of the page says otherwise. So now we know that our imune systems do in fact attack virus in the nervis system. There are comments about missing a dose of MMS allowing herpes to multiply, and yet we know it only multiplies when it is active. So don't you dare get discouraged. Your shear determination is an inspiration around these blogs. Cheers!
Thankyou thankyou....
Hey great way to keep some of the information from the original blog! I just posted a few days ago how H is not just a sexual virus. If I understand you did not acquire it through sexual contact. I try not to put a scare or fright into people, but information at there is so bias about it being a "sexual disease".
I too did MMS, had a very hard time, probably because I was a little too assertive. But I was actually trying to get rid of candida with it. My body just couldn't take it. I too posted on a MMS hub and was "beat up" because of my moving too fast with MMS. I was giving the information so others would not do what I was doing. I have not been back to that hub since then.
Thanks for sharing your story and writing this blog!
Until later...Grateful
Hey Grateful; Ergo the stigma of HSV2. Somehow it woulod be easier if I could claim I got it from a night of sexual exploits. At least that way i could live up to the billing!
I could guess which blog but I won't. I don't post there either since Denni and i were accused of being the same person! Too funny! You're welcome to post here if you like. Don;t like the negativity of the other blogs. Have enough of that from the HSV!
If you're interested there are some pages at the top that speak to MMS strength. Made some sense so I "watered down" my doses, with good results. Less side effects!Don't know if I'm cured or anything but I haven't had an outbreak in 10 weeks, despite trying to! ... Cheers!
Canada: CONGRATS ON BEING OB FREE!!! I am almost finish with step1...I think I will extend step 3 until it is gone....I wish I could eat chocolate and sit in the sun this weekend but I have to work..:(
Have enough fun for me..:)
Hey Denni... ya I don't really know what to think. I had some tingling for a week or so following MMS but since then nothing. heading out shortly to do some cleanjup in the yard, then for a dog walk. Think we both need one! Would think your studies are coming to an end. No worries... your sunglasses days will be here soon enough!
How long were you on MMS??
Starting step 2 tomorrow...
Hey Denni,
47 long long days. 2 weeks at 3*15 drops. Still no problems after 29 days!.
That is awesome!!...Interesting info on the other hub about test results taking three months..cool.
Hey Denni,
Well I don't share the belief that the doctors I consider friends are out to see me to an early death, so when they suggest three months is the minimum and the same number is floated around the natural cures community I find some comfort!
canada25: great to hear you are doing well....fingers crossed for you! MMS is tough sh*t to take...my hat off to you for sticking with it!
I am about to do the third round of Resolve, the 20 day booster...Resolved said that should take care of it! Only time will tell....I have had two OB's since starting Resolve which is normal for me in this time frame....
Until later.....Grateful
Grateful: gather Resolve is no cake walk either. At the end of the day I still think there is a cure for those who will accept nothing else. We just need to find it. I gather that the final step of resolve is MMS, so who knows what the key may be! I'll be out in the sun and heat tomorrow so we'll see, but my normal outbreak area has been unusually quiet so I don't know what to think. Sounds funny saying it but I'm determined to see if I can bring on an outbreak! HA! Good luck with your treatment. There is something to Resolve! keep the faith!!!!
What is your addy? go test..
denni... yes mom! but not till after 90 days!!! :o)
herpes resolve does not work.
I tried the herpes resolve and the booster, although it stopped the outbreaks, it didn't cure the herpes in my blood, I tested positive and I received my test results 8-7-09.
canada25, I think its great that you've continued posting updates on this blog, keeping it current, long after you finished with MMS. Not only did you persist with the difficult MMS protocol in order to achieve 15dropsx3, you documented it every step of the way and still post long after the fact! You're the only MMS "guinea pig" like this that I can find and its is a valuable resource. Great job and thank you!
medusa: Appreciate the feedback and support. We're all in this together! :o)
GO TEST!! It's been 90 dAYS..
Yes mom. Picked up the paperwork yesterday!
Hey Canada.. I miss you
hey Denni, Miss you too! :o)

Hey,
Feel free to add your thoughts here when you visit. i'm always looking for new information about MMS. Not rants... although I have the odd one myself. But factual information about your own experiences or useful information you;'ve discovered!
