Candles and Romance, Should they go together?

I have a romantic dinner planned tonight for this man I've been dating for six months, will he be pleased with the romantic setting? The lights where low, scented candles lit throughout the house. On the menu, we will be having: Filet Mignon with Mushroom-Wine Sauce of Love! I felt this steak was a great romantic meal idea, because while it's tender and super flavorful, it's also relatively light. Served with roasted asparagus and a baked potato, this meal was a hit! Without all the fat of lots of butter or cream, it left room (and energy) for all kinds of desserts. Wink wink! After dinner, we got cozy on the couch, listened to Marvin Gaye's song "let's get it on" and smelling the aroma of papaya and bamboo scented candles with essential oils. The papaya and bamboo aroma filled the air… I felt all my juices flowing, there was a sense of calmness and joy. We talked for several hours, then somehow, we managed to find our way into my bedroom, there were scented floating candles lit everywhere, he kissed me and said, "WOW" this is so romantic. My body became extremely weak, I asked myself, do you want to make love to this man tonight or wait another six months? Of course the answer was "HELL NO"!

I lit beautiful scented Votive Candles in the bathroom, which definitely brought more of an ambiance and beauty to the room. When my date walked into the bathroom, he turned and ask me to join him......why didn’t I remember the champagne and strawberries? I happily obliged! While undressing each other, it seemed as if, I didn't forget the strawberries. We made love in the shower, the water felt so good while he held me front the back, we washed each others back, arms, legs, then we loved on each other again, later it was on the vanity, in the garden tub, finally we made it to bed and we went to sleep in each others arms. What a beautiful evening it was.

The evening really turned out extra special for my date and I, he was amazed over how beautiful everything looked, dinner, and..... dessert. Wink Wink! Before he was ready to leave, he came over and whispered in my ear; "WOW" let's do this again, real soon!! So, to answer the question, Should candles and romance go together? "YES"
