After several months of research, I’ve finally found the right trampoline for me and my family. I didn’t know where to start. I grew up having a trampoline in my backyard, but didn’t know where to purchase a trampoline for me kids and wasn’t sure about what to look for. Many of the trampolines I’ve seen online are pretty pricey, but I get you get what you pay for. The other day, I was watching The Price is Right and saw that they featured an Olympus Pro trampoline by Trampoline Jumpers. I did research on that company and the specs on their trampolines and discovered that they have the finest trampolines. Comparing their trampolines to other competitors, their products were much more superior. Their frames seemed to be much thicker and sturdier, higher performance springs, along with a lifetime warranty. I was surprised, because their frames were so much better than their competitors. The wall thickness on their frame was 3.0mm, as compared to other competitors, which was 2.0 from Jumpsports and 2.5 from Texas Trampolines. Their frame was 2.5 inches in diameter, while Jumpsport’s and Texas Trampoline’s were 2.0 inches in diameter. No wonder Trampoline Jumpers offered a lifetime warranty on their frames. When I called their toll free number, I couldn’t have spoken to a rep or professional and more knowledgeable about trampolines. He answered just about every question I had. I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase an 8x14 or 10x17, so I decided on the 10x17. He helped walk me through the process and was very patient. I must have been on the phone with him for at least an hour. When we finished the phone conversation, I felt like I was the trampoline specialist. After making my purchase, the shipment was much quicker than anticipated. UPS called me the next day to set the appointment for drop-off and I received my trampoline 2 days later. When I got the trampoline, if came in 5 boxes. I was amazed at how the trampoline was packaged and how heavy the boxes were. I was a bit confused at first about the installation steps, because I was used to the round trampoline my parents had in their backyard when I was growing up. Rectangular trampolines, apparently, are more complicated to install. I called the rep again and he walked me through the process, step by step.

I can’t say enough about these guys. My kids love our new trampoline and I couldn’t be any happier.
