Change is Inevitable

When you start to accept who you are and take control of your life, change is inevitable.

You Can Change

Have faith in the process of recovery!  One of the biggest keys to lasting change is that you go back to the fundamentals over and over again.  An InnerGold client that we have been working with for over a year now recently reported the following in a therapy session.  "I cannot express enough how much of a difference it makes in my life when I do my daily's and practice my meditation consistently. Something powerful happens when I put the pen to the paper and am willing to hold myself accountable on a daily basis."  The consistency with which you do your daily's can be directly related to your current state of recovery.  Never take for granted the power in small and consistent goals on a daily basis.

An addict must learn to believe in him or herself before they start the process of recovery. However, it is difficult for someone to believe in themselves when they are struggling with issues and do not seem to be able to get a grasp on them. Learning how to control your brain and the triggers will help to start this confidence builder that you can change. Change is inevitable when you apply the InnerGold principles. Using a daily planning sheet and organizing our lives will help us start to gain control of that portion of our life. The more control we get, the easier it is to fight the triggers we may have in life.
