It is nearly Christmas time and to give us the mood is always the evergreen Cardiff's Winter Wonderland situated on the lawns of the famous Cardiff Civic Centre.

It includes fun for everyone such as Skating Rink, Christmas Lights, Santo's grotto, Ferris wheel with the bird's eye view of the City and children's rides. The festivity of the Cardiff's Winter Wonderland opens every year in November and remains open till the new year (6 January).

Santa's Grotto is a new attraction this year. The grotto is a 50ft tree-shaped structure, open from November 16 to Christmas Eve, where children and families can visit the man himself and receive a small gift. Entry charge is £5.50 per child.
