Instead of turning to the conventional thermogenic pills and fat burners on the market, many athletes are using ‘pre-workout enhancers' for extra energy and focus. Cardio Stack is one of the latest dietary supplements on the market, and is primarily marketed to triathletes and other high-endurance fitness enthusiasts.

The diet supplement contains a proprietary formula to increase oxygen utilization, improve stamina, and delay the onset of fatigue so that the individual can endure a longer and harder workout. Using these types of fat burners may offer a big boost so that the individual can achieve their peak faster during the workout. But is does Cardio Stack live up to its claims, and what exactly are in these pills?

The Promises of Cardio Stack

CardioStackRacing.com is where you'll find most of the information from the manufacturer. The company behind Cardio Stack encourages mountain biking enthusiasts and endurance athletes to use the pills as pre-race supplement, and claims that the pills are endorsed by many successful racers.

The company claims that Cardio Stack will improve your reaction time, help your body adapt to physiological stress, help improve recovery time, and help to use up fat stores more efficiently. Burning fat efficiently means the body can generate energy at a faster rate, which in turn can help to endure a demanding workout. Since biking is such a high-endurance workout, the entire body needs to be in peak condition.

The body needs to convert fat into energy with ease, and Cardio Stack contains ingredients that help the body release fatty acids into the bloodstream, then convert them into ATP (energy). This entire process releases an incredible amount of energy that is necessary for a high-endurance workout.

Key Ingredients in Cardio Stack

The key ingredients in Cardio Stack are a combination fo vitamins, herbal extracts, and a ‘Liptoropic Blend' which can help with fat conversion. Ingredients include:

• Vitamin B6

• Folate

• Vitamin B12

• Acetyl-L-carnitine

• L-carnitine tartrate

• Rhodiola rosea root extract

• Green tea leaf extract

• Guarana seed extract

• Liptopropic Blend

• Electrolytes (Calcium citrate, magnesium oxide, potassium gluconate)

• ‘Krebs Cycle Intermediates Blend': Alpha-ketoglutaric acid, citric acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid

The key differences between Cardio Stack and most diet pills on the market are the addition of electrolytes, the Lipotropric Blend, and the Krebs Cycle Intermediate Blend which can aid in muscle recovery. The supplements do contain a significant amount of active caffeine which can enhance the effects of all other ingredients; the B6 and B12 supplements are important for a boost of energy, and these can make it easier to stick with a longer workout. Electrolytes play a very important role in maintaining good health and performing at a high-endurance level; having these ingredients in the supplement may prove beneficial for many athletes and bodybuilders.

Bottom Line: Although Cardio Stack has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, it does contain a number of valuable ingredients for the high-endurance athlete. Cardio Stack pills are not designed to be used a s supplement for working out or eating a healthy diet; in fact, they are promoted as a pre-workout supplement to enhance performance and promote fat burning.

However, people who are sensitive to caffeine or have a history of high blood pressure should refrain from taking pre-workout energy boosters and other similar supplements. There is very little information available on the long-term effects of taking these pills, and they do run a risk of dependency and adverse side effects.

I followed the directions for using the "Dr Max Powers Anabolic Stack" and it gave me the results I was searching for. I was a bit skeptical at first since the results were not as obvious as I had hoped for in the first week. The second week I was very pleased with my progress. Overall, I gained about 10 pounds of lean muscle while training 4 days/week while in college. I noticed that my endurance increased and my strength overcame the plateau that I was struggling with.

Its a great product. I saw visible results in about 10 days without any side effects. I have tried many products over the years and this is by far the best and most affordable. At the price on their website, it is worth a try instead of wasting your money on something that will not work and only costs $5-$10 less. Highly recommended.
