59This is a career activity I use with 3rd through 5th graders.
Objective: To enable students to conduct a job interview with an adult & find out specifics about a job / career
Materials: Job Interview papers & pencil
Activity: Prior to this activity, type out the questions at the bottom. Pass out Job Interview papers (discussed below) to students. They need to conduct an interview with an adult by asking the questions on the interview form.
Questions: *What is your name? *What is your career / job? *What are some duties of your career / job? *What are some skills needed to perform your job? *What is the level of education required for your type of career / job ( choose from high school diploma, vocational school, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctoral degree)? *How many hours do you work a week? *What do you like LEAST about your job? *What do you like BEST about your job?
